Was very comfortable for me, my wife and little pet. Family mood

Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again.

Excellent location, staff is very friendly, service is e excellent , walkable to shops and restaurants, breakfast is great, rooms are specious and new beautiful clean modern, comfortable beds.

The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful and the open are lobby, lounge and dining room were so nice. Also, the pool, tennnis counts and grounds were quite lovely. We loved this hotel.

Easy to get to town, nice hotel - only issue, not much English at all here. Mainly Portuguese. we also learned that they charge for the coffee in the room. We are used to that being free in the United States so a sign (in English) would be helpful.

Room was not as clean as it should have been, and the pool entrance from lobby was closed for most of the day due to painting. The day after it was raining ...

Great place to stay

The pool area with swim up bar was fantastic, the staff was wonderful and the restaurant was great. Free parking was an added bonus and the location to the old downtown restaurants was very convenient. The surrounding scenery was simply stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Receptionist’s attendance quality should be improved.

Our experience was satisfatory, but with few inconvenients, unfortunately. By coincidence guests for a wedding party were hoosted at the same weekend and we can define them as noisy and loud. During the wedding, that was a day that we'd trouble finding a parking place at the hotel because all the wedding's guests were using the hotel parking. The only request that we made at breakfast, a "tapioca" with turkey breast and cheese, came with ham. Guests on the top of our room were noisy and we'd to call the reception to interfere. Only at our third day we were informed that towels for beach and pool were avaliable at the reception. The room had the bed made and towels changed but not the bathroom carpet. Staff is there to help, butni wouldn't define them as friendly, specially the lady at the reception when we arrived. Was an ok experience, but we won't come back with our family as planned before.

NUNCA FUI TÃO DESRESPEITADA COMO HÓSPEDE EM UM HOTEL - muito menos pela dona (Helena) Eu casei em ilhabela e 46 pessoas do meu casamento, isso mesmo 46 pessoas ficaram hospedados no hotel real vila bela. Dia 33 quartos disponíveis no hotel, 24 quartos estavam reservados para meu casamento que era em plena quarta feira!!! Dentre meus hóspedes tinha parentes do Sul e do Nordeste que eu não via há muitos anos. Estávamos muito emocionados com o encontro e acabamos fazendo mais barulho do que deveríamos (conversas altas e músicas). Porém, ao invés de chegarem com calma pedindo para fazermos menos barulho a HELENA, a proprietária do hotel, isso mesmo, a DONA do hotel chegou no meio da turma e começou a gritar, foi grossa e nos tratou de uma maneira arrogante e desrespeitosa! Isso aconteceu no dia 12 de agosto de 2021!!! HELENA foi MUITO sem noção e sem cuidado em lidar com os hóspedes de seu hotel… o hotel dela estava cheio graças ao nosso casamento e além de não ganharmos NENHUM tipo de desconto ganhamos um PÉSSIMO atendimento! Um hotel com esse atendimento não deveria sobreviver muito tempo, meus pêsames! As pessoas da recepção também são PÉSSIMAS, parecem estar o tempo todo sem vontade de atender os hóspedes. Claramente o exemplo da HELENA refletido nos funcionários!

O quarto era excelente, enorme! Optamos pela suite com jacuzzi e foi uma ótima escolha pois em um dos dias choveu e conseguimos aproveitar a estadia. Nossa jacuzzi deu problema com a válvula, mas os funcionários resolveram tudo de forma rápida e tranquila. O hotel é muito bem arejado, áreas abertas, todos usando máscaras e o staff é muito prestativo, educado e gentil. Recomendo!

An amazing resort with great facilities and very friendly staff. It’s in a greta location in Ilhabela close to Centro, and about 15 minutes from the balsa crossing. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the suite we stayed in was beautiful with great amenities.

Excellent! Great staff! Everything that we were expecting for a resort of this level. It's worthy to mention that we've received a bottle of Brut Champagne because of a small issue on the bathroom door. As a recommendation to the hotel, I would like to say two things. First, put a water cooler on the gym room and also and an upgrade on the gym equipment. Would be nice to see that on my next visit.

Fomos à ilhabela para ficar por 5 dias, fomos ao hotel pela primeira noite para conhecer e depois decidir se continuaríamos hospedados pelos dias seguintes ou se mudaríamos de hotel. A primeira impressão foi muito boa, hotel bonito e bem localizado com boa estrutura. A decepção só veio quando fomos dormir, quando sentei na cama para me deitar percebi que afundou fora do normal, me deitei e fiquei todo torto. Pedi para a minha noiva testar pois ela pesa pouco (48kg), ela percebeu a mesma coisa e como o hotel estava lotado e já era tarde ela disse que ia tentar dormir ali mesmo. Ela não conseguiu dormir e pouco antes de amanhecer virou de ponta cabeça na cama para ver se melhorava a posição mas de nada adiantou, resumindo passou a noite sem dormir e se levantou com dor no pescoço por conta da posição.
