Hotel Riazor

The staff were friendly. The rooms are very bare bones. It served it purpose but if you want creature comforts or comfort, this really isn’t the hotel. If you need a hotel to sleep and is pretty centrally located, this is it.

First of all the location is great and it felt safe. The room was underwhelming but I settled because of the location and safety. The hotel staff gave me a hard time about extra towels. There was 3 people in my room we each needed towels. They finally gave us the necessary towels which were stained and rugged. So was the bedding. The room was runned down and we were bit by ticks and bed bugs. We showed the staff all they did was change the bedding to one bed! I ended up leaving early because we had bite marks everywhere. This hotel has the potential to be great. An unused courtyard, great and great location. Staff was not friendly at all especially the cleaning staff they were the rudest in particular an older lady that runs both housekeeping and the breakfast area. Breakfast was pretty bad, the coffee was good and so was the fruit. Otherwise they need an update on this as well.

Area not safe . Good for cheaper price . Room 203 lock need to fix . Upper screw was not there . Staff very helpful in translation .let use microwave. Nice people at desk

A recepção foi simpática. O café da manhã excelente e o horário extendido. A cama super confortável, ar condicionado muito bom.

Os atendentes são gentis. O local é simples, mas limpo e atende a proposta.

Alquilamos una habitación con 1 cama doble y 3 individuales y nos dieron una con solo 1 cama doble y 1 individual, la habitación muy chica, los colchones malísimos viejos y gastados, el aire extremadamente ruidoso, muy dificil descansar, todo muy viejo y sin mantenimiento aparente, el desayuno muy limitado y malo, sirve solo si tenes que quedarte 1 noche y seguir viaje, mas de eso lo transforma en una mala experiencia.

El staff fue muy amable durante toda la estadía , el desayuno estaba muy bueno . Excelente ubicación, para nuestras necesidades, conocimos otras zonas de Rio que no conocíamos, cerca de las escalalinatas , tener estacionamiento dentro del hotel es un PLUS en Río

Decent place. Basic, but with all services (hot water, power, AC, WiFi) working quite well. Very good location with lots of shops/restaurants in the area, and close to public transportation, walkable to many places, etc.

For the price the place wasn't good

Hotel was bad in all terms !! Photos posted are FAKE !!! I Was that close to ask Hotels.com to compensate me for that horrible stay or give me my money back.

Café da manhã foi bom apenas um episódio,não tinha mamão pedimos para a atendente e ela nos respondeu secamente,acabou!

Quarto totalmente diferente das fotos. A cama de casal é duas camas solteiro juntas, horrível para dormir.

Cheguei antes do horário,do Check in um funcionário me dsisse que eu poderia guardar as malas no guarda volume,me entregou a chave e me mostrou onde era o guarda volume,eu mesma guardei as malas,não colocaram nenhuma identificação e o funcionário da recepção não levantou para nada em momento algum para ajudar ou guardar as malas.Quando perguntei onde era o banheiro ele disse onde ficava,mas não explicou que o banheiro era no estacionamento do hotel na parte de fora.Não tinha roupa de cama suficiente e nem tapete de chão para o banheiro,tivemos que solicitar e deram um pedaço de toalha velha para colocar no chão do banheiro e nos entregaram o restante das roupas de cama que estava faltando.O telefone do quarto funcionava muito tínhamos que ligar várias vezes e falar quase gritando para ser atendida! Os travesseiros eram duros e muito finos,com fronhas encardidas.Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. Mas o quarto estava bem limpo,o café da manhã foi bom e o hotel tem uma ótima localização.

Hotel com ótima localização.Em frente Estação metrô. Fácil meio de transporte! Muito comércio perto. Inclusive restaurantes, supermercados e lanchotes.
