ibis Jacarei

Good.

We stayed at Ibis Jacareí for one night after visiting Guararema, on our way to São Lourenço, MG. Having previously stayed at Ibis São Bernardo do Campo, we expected the same friendly service, but instead, we encountered basic service, with staff appearing tired and showing no extra attention beyond the necessary. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, their lack of interest in helping was disappointing. Another issue was the parking fee. At check-in, we were told we had to pay, even though the reservation stated it was free. Fortunately, the morning staff confirmed it was included. The room was very basic, with worn-out towels, one smaller and even with small holes. The bed was also less comfortable than the one at Ibis São Bernardo, which also provided complimentary shampoo. However, a positive aspect was the beautiful and pleasant city view. The location was excellent, inside a shopping center that complemented the hotel's breakfast. We also enjoyed a specialty coffee at Cheirin Bão, a healthier, authentic Minas Gerais coffee. Overall, Ibis Jacareí could improve its service and comfort to match the higher standards of Ibis São Bernardo, where we had a much better experience.

Nice hotel. Very good location in the city. The male receptionists are very polite and helpful. We checked in on 15/07/2024 around 7pm and the female receptionist was rude and not helpful. We told her that our room safe box was not working and her answer was that a lot of customers were having problems with the room safe so she told us to not use it. (Very Unprofessional) The next day was a male receptionist in the front desk and he was very polite and responsive. We told him about the safe box and he sent someone to fix the safe box right away. The hotel provides a good breakfast. The room is small but functional. This is the third time we stayed at Ibis hotel and again the male receptionists were excellent, but the female receptionist need some training/workshop on how to talk to customers.

This hotel is one of a few options in town, the rooms are tiny and some of the staff is nice and helpful and some are just rude and not helpful at all.

Amazing stay… can’t wait to go back tomorrow..

I was very dissappointed that the hotel did not have the Brazilian Regular Channels (Record and SBT). We asked the staff, but they didn't know what to do or why the channels didn't work. I didn't understand why these two regular channel was not available as it is free of charge in Brazil. The TV image was not good. We were very dissapointed as we could not watch our favorite free channels in Brazil.

The bedroom was small but adequate. The shower was excellent. The building was cleaned and organized.

Simplesmente tudo bom

Tudo muito bom, apenas o ar condicionado estava fazendo barulho.

Ar condicionado não fresfiava o suficiente, exaustor do banheiro TB não funcionava.

Básico, mas tudo no lugar

As instalações do hotel são do padrão Ibis, bem funcionais. O quarto tem bom tamanho, assim como a cama. O chuveiro é bom, com boa vazão e água quentinha. O café da manhã tem muitas opções, desde sucos, frutas, queijos, mel no favo e diversidade de pães e bolos. O atendimento é cordial, eficiente e educado. De forma geral, um ótimo custo para uma boa e tranquila estadia.

O quarto estava impecável e a equipe muito educada e atenciosa.

sim, quarto limpo, atendimento bom, porem ao chegar alguns valores assusta, principalmente pq vc paga pelo estacionamento, não te oferecem gratuitamente nenhum item higiênico apenas sabonete. tudo pago a parte. enfim motel acaba sendo mais em conta e vc ganha bastante itens higiênico. esperava mais. Ah café da manhã a parte caríssimo

O padrão de qualidade do IBIS é fenomenal! Já me hospedei em outros hotéis da rede IBIS em outras cidades e a experiência sempre foi fantástica. Toda vez que viajo, procuro ver se q cidade tem um hotel da IBIS para me hospedar!!!
