ibis Sao Paulo Morumbi

I stayed at this property years ago and love it. Great value, great staff and great breakfast (bought the breakfast package). Now the hotel need some upgrading and renovating. Also they only provided 2 bath towels/day and no wash cloths or hand towels. Had to ask the front desk for extra bath towels to be used as hand towels.

It's an Ibis, great hotel with affordable prices. Can't go wrong.

The parking is horrible. Second time I had a bad experience. Last time I was the one asking for my car first and they took one hour to get it, 5 people got it before me. They kept going back and forth between ibis and ibis budget, looked like they are always understaffed. Ibis says the parking is independent, but is in the hotel’s property. They should really think about changing the parking lot company or ask them to to a better job with customer service. This time, July 2025, when I arrived at the parking, I was asked if I was staying at the hotel and how many days. After that they asked me if I wanted to pay all the parking fees in advance, and I said yes. Then, for the next 7 days I would just get a ticket when dropping of my car and just give them that ticket to get the car back. I don’t know what the heck happened but they wanted me to pay more. Saying that I didn’t pay in advance. At first I couldn’t find the receipt, since I was coming and going and they never asked for it. They said either I would pay more or I wouldn’t get the car. I asked for the manager and I was told there was no manager there at the time. Finally I found the receipt and they got the car. But of course that took about one hour and a half!!!

In front of one of the biggest and oldest Shopping Center in SP, the walkable distances and easy access to the shopping was a great feature of this hotel, we really like the staff and breakfast was affordable and of great variety and quality. The Expresso machine was a success with us. I recommend.

Good location

Front desk service was a disaster. understaff as there was a long queue waiting to check in. Check out a day earlier and asked for a refund. They agreed but when hotel.com called to verified, they say otherwise.

One of the worst experience. Other than location. Pathetic hotel. Pls carry your own empty glass, bottle of water , heater, warm clothes, light to see in the room.. basically everything. Staff not helpful at all. Nobody knows English , everything they say no. Nothing to eat after 7. And this was not even Ibis budget.. B Never ever coming.to this hotel or any Ibis for that matter ..

Clean, helpful, respectful. Room a little small but perfect for one person.

Tive um problema com o primeiro quarto que me deram mas eles trocaram meu quarto então tudo certo. O wifi funciona, e a cama é confortável.

This is a common ibis; however, service was poor from front desk, coffee, and cleaning. This is way bellow ibis standard. I also felt that they were not following covid best practices. For example there was hand sanitizers everywhere but that was it. I did not find my bedroom spotless and also saw somebody cleaning my bedroom with a used bucket of water that was really dirty. Also during the breakfast there was no one cleaning the tables before another got seated.

It’s terrible so racist stuff. If you can’t speak Portuguese they don’t care.
