Uma boa opção em SJC. O hotel passa uma sensação de ser um pouco velho, mas é bem cuidado. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e é confortável. O café é bom na minha opinião. Funcionários prestativos e educados, me permitiram fazer o check out 2h depois do previsto mesmo eu não tendo nenhuma conta no Accor ou algo do tipo. O hotel tem uma localização relativamente boa em SJC. O melhor ponto pra mim é a proximidade ao Colinas Shopping. Recomendo.

Rooms are super small. Mold in bathrooms. No bell boy to help with bags. One has to pay parking daily at the parking desk. The cook decides that a lunch order for a large group was a higher priority than a breakfast item we ordered; he only opened a stove burner for our eggs after we complained?! So we are supposed to wait for their lunch to be over?

However, in this unit, breakfast was annoyingly substandard: I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to bring cups, there were no croissants and the bacon was impossible to eat so burned. Minor flaws that a good manager should avoid.
