The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting.

Don't trust Hotels.com or the hotel for the free cancellation promise! I needed to delay my check-in by a day, and Hotels.com simply didn't manage to contact the hotel. I did manage (after insisting a lot!!), But they didn't accept my contact as the reservation was guaranteed by Hotels.com, according to them. In addition, the hotel kept my passport by mistake for 5 days at the reception and didn't bother to let me know. I missed an international flight for this reason.

Property for the price is not bad but its not the best. They do need to work on their check in/check out process. Took 25 min to check in and even longer to check out which is crazy. Only one line to check in and out. Beds are somewhat stiff but the AC is not bad. Overall has more of a hostel feel

o hotel esta nitidamente mal cuidado , chão sujo , camas desconfortáveis e com lencois que nao param causando desconforto ao dormir , além disso vários de nos que la nos hospedamos tivemos diarreia , desconfiamos que por intoxicação alimentar de alimentos mal acondicionados do café da manhã, mas isto nao posso afirmar com cem por cento de certeza
