Hotel staff the lady that manages hotel was nice at first and then when we asked questions had a very bad attitude. I am sorry, if you do not want to talk to customers this is not the job for you. Just because of this I will NOT recommend this hotel. Customer service is everything and I will not stay here again

Staff is lovely. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. We did not feel safe at all outside of the Pousada at any point. During the day, street vendors will harass you. During the night, shady cars with full blacked out windows will cruise through the street slowly. Lots of homeless people will approach you. Staff at restaurants do not seem welcoming to tourists.

The hotel is in a great location and I have no complaints about the place we stayed in, my only concern was the street noise, music, glass being broken, unruly behavior that kept us awake until well after 2am on the mornings we were at the hotel.

Nice modern, super clean pousada in the center of pelourinha. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but I would still recommend this property and would stay again.

This is a basic Pousada perfectly located near Pelourinho. The area is safe. It is in an area with bars and live music so if you are a light sleeper or do not stay up late, you will not be able to get rest due to the street noise. The property does not have an elevator. You must climb stairs regardless of which room you are in, and there is no ac in the hall. The breakfast is ok. The staff is quite lovely. Be aware that the area is hilly.

Great location, just a minute away from Pelourinho. You can walk all around pelourinho and there are good restaurants nearby. The hotel looks brand new and it was very clean too. Breakfast was great as well, changing a little everyday.

Gostamos muito da pousda!! A localização é excelente, quarto extremamente confortável e silencioso. O café da manhã é bem simples mas nos atendeu bem. Há uma pizzaria excelente em frente à pousada e hóspedes têm desconto, foi uma grata surpresa porque a pizza é deliciosa e o preço justo. Único ponto de atenção é que há alguns lances de escada pra subir então fica complicado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
