The hostel is located in the center of the village, close to the beach. Very nice pool, large common areas and private bedroom. Everything was clean and the breakfast delicious, recommend!

I highly recommend anyone heading to Canoa Quebrada consider staying at Pousada California. I had a wonderful week staying there while I was checking Canoa and the surrounding beaches. David, the owner/manager helped me negotiate rates and book various activities throughout the week. The other reviewers are correct, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The rooms are large, Wifi Internet worked great for me in my room as well as out in the hammocks by the pool. Both the beach and the main drag are a very short walk away. A great value for the price; indeed would be a great value at double the price. I miss this place already!

O pessoal foi sempre atencioso, porém falta um pouco mais de preparação para indicações ao turista, mas compensa com a disponibilidade e cordialidade. Da recepção a cozinha são muito simpáticos.
Como estive em período de baixa estação não tinha quase ninguém e foi muito tranquila a minha hospedagem.
Recomendo.

Recepção maravilhosa, área externa uma delícia, piscina pré-aquecida com led à noite, redes à vontade, café da manhã farto tinha de tudo e mais um pouco, chuveiro tinha opção de quente, senti falta de mais conforto nas camas (senti ser dura, mas nada que não desse pra dormir, deu tranquilo) e coberto pra se enrolar, um guarda-roupa, rodo no banheiro e uma internet mais potente.

Não recomendo!!! Quarto sujo, velho, repleto de traças, toalhas rasgadas e funcionários nitidamente sem vontade alguma de trabalhar ( uma única exceção foi o rapaz de barba que nos recebeu. Ele foi muito solícito, simpático e amável)

O lugar é bom, as instalações são boas. Recepção boa, mas a limpeza do banheiro tive que solicitar, pois haviam esquecido meu apartamento. Outro problema recorrente no Ceará é a reposição no café da manhã, acredito que o Sebrae tem espaço para fazer disso um case. Faltar café, ovos e suco é dose.
