On the positive side, great staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed, safe parking. Unfortunately, some cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bedroom is really tiny. Some good restaurants in proximity, but city center is a 15-20 minutes' walk away. Still a reasonable option for one or two nights.

For a place to stay, this was fine. It is not fancy and the accomodations are very basic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman who works for the tour company located in the lobby area is a bit pushy and does not really listen to what you are looking for so I would make your own arrangements. The pool area and outdoor seating area is quaint; the gentleman cooking there is nice but the food is only okay.

This is a good hotel for our purpose; to go the the falls. We got a taxi from the airport but it's not necessary. The 120 bus picks up and drops near the hotel which is called CHARM hotel, Pousada Caroline is in small writing. We got the bus back for $R3.20 each, taxi there $R42. The room is plenty big enough, as is the bathroom. There's no where to hang out washed 'smells' though although they do have a laundry. This is so expensive; don't use. Breakfast - ok buffet as expected. Swimming pool - dirty and couldn't swim in. The area around the pool is ok though so sunbathing is possible and there's a small pool table too. There's a little cafe type restaurant attached which looks ok and we had beer there. We used another over the road which was very good. It's easy to walk into the town from here too and not far.

The Hotel is a cheap and cheerful place in which the rooms are very clean. The set up is a bit noisy and breakfast was entirely adequate . It was a good place for a base to go and see Iguacu Falls, and the Charm Buffet food was honest and tasty and very reasonable. the kitchen staff were very helpful. But the star goes to Allison who is the tour organiser and master fixer in residence for whom nothing was too much trouble. His performance rated 5 stars and he made the holiday so much more enjoyable with his kind courteous and prompt efficiency.

Cafw da maha muito bom, uma observacao negativa é para uma das garotas que estavam repondo os alimentos, wm algumas vezes ela parava na frente do esplho e ficava cutucando as espinhas do rosto e em seguida pegava os pratos para secar, achei anti-higienico. As mocas da limpeza sao uns amores, muito queridas e atenciosas.
