great hotel, i got the room i asked for that had the Hot Tub in the clock tower... the hotel is perfect location to the "village". Park the car underground... free with hotel, and walk the village streets. just wonderful, the breakfast on the outside balcony was perfection.... you can choose to stay up the hill, and have to drive to the village, or stay in the village like we did, and can enjoy this perfect "vail" village

Great place. Great people. The hotel is new so rooms and furniture are both new. Three rooms are big with good views. Breakfast and trees are also very well served. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always available. Regarding the location, it could be closer to the main part of the city where most bars and restaurants are. I highly recommend this place.

I faced problems with the hot bath in my trip that was in the middle of the winter in Campos do Jordão, the manager of the hotel wasn´t able to solve the problem but was very polite. The place is very clean, all the furniture was perfect and te breakfast was great! If the problem did not happen I would rate 9,5.

Estadia incrível com minha bebê de 3 meses, tinha berço e um quarto quentinho e super espaçoso e confortável. Minha esposa também amou. Apesar do frio externo (3C, 4C) minha bebê dormiu super bem, acordou somente 1x pra mamar e foi direto.

Achamos tudo ótimo. Queria só dar uma sugestão. Tem uma taxa de serviço que é opcional para os funcionários. Se a taxa fosse menor, com certeza teria pago, mas 10% do valor da estadia, é muito alto.
