Great staff. Rooms are in desperate need of renovation.

We loved our stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo! The location is fantastic! The room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious! We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Always an excellent experience

This hotel was located in a great/safespot. It was pretty quiet off the main road. The room was large and clean. My room was ready right on check in and after travelling for 24 hours I just wanted to nap. Unfortunately house keeping kept ringing my bell while I was napping. I tried ordering room service for dinner and after 1.5 hours I called to check on the status and the order was never put in. They put my order in and another hour later, I got it but the order was wrong. The pool on the roof has no towels and i used the phone to call the front desk for towels and they never showed up so I left without swimming. Upon checkout they said they would email me my invoice, I never received it. I put in 2 online requests for my invoice as this was a business stay and I still haven't heard from the hotel. So although it's safe, clean and large, the customer service is lacking severely.

GREAT LOCATION

This is our go to hotel in São Paolo and we've never been disappointed. This time we were put on the 5th floor which is one that has not yet been renovated and it showed. I thought they'd finished and didn't think to ask for a renovated room- you def should. Great neighborhood, good service. We'll continue to use it

The hotel is in a great location and close to many of the places my friends and I wanted to visit.

The location was amazing, could walk to many places and get a quick taxi ride to different places. Many restaurants around and an amazing breakfast included.

Stayed in this hotel several times. Probably best price/quality ratio in the area. Nice comfortable stay in a very good location.Thanks.

Great service and great location

The property is in a pleasant area, and restaurants and shopping are readily available. Hotel service and management were performing and efficient. A good value and a pleasant place to stay at.

Bed it’s ok

Stayed here with friends for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay (room was comfortable and clean, large) with a few hiccups. First, we checked in at 2 different times and since it was all under my name, I was assured by the front desk that it would be ok if the rest of my group checked in without me and even provided all their names. Upon their arrival, they attempted to check in and were first told no one at the front speaks english. For a hotel of this chain and in this location that is very surprising. Luckily one of my friends understands portuguese and speaks spanish so they were able to get by. It took them an hour to check in because of the mess, and it really felt like the people at the front desk didn't know what they were doing (kept not giving them the correct rooms, etc.). Second, the shower not only is really low pressure, but the drain either isn't working or the floor is not level to allow the water to drain out. We showered at night and the next day there was still 1-2 inches of water in the shower sitting there. I let the front desk know and asked them to fix it and I came back later that day, showered, and the same problem occurred. Very disappointing. Breakfast was good, though also a problem with the service. Both days we had to ask multiple people to order something otherwise it would never arrive. Only real help was Diogo who helped with bags and provided info about amenities/facilities that the front desk did not!

It was a unique layout for the rooms. A lot of things were broken in the bathroom and it was very tight in terms of space. Barely any room between the bed and the walls. Level of English amongst the staff was non-existent to average. The breakfast was quite bad as well as being incredibly busy and chaotic. I’m not sure how this place is rated as a 5 star hotel.

Close to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was perfect from the front desk/reception to Breakfast and checking out. Thank you
