Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

Excellent location. The hotel is in terrible shape. It needs to be renovated. Until then, I do not recomend it to anyone.

Staff spoke English and was trying to be nice. Place is a dirty, run down sh… hole!

Came to Salvador to see a concert. Rio Vermelho is the best neighborodd in Salvador. Food Music and Culture

The location is great, the overall experience with the hotel was good. Had to be moved from room as the first room had the bathroom sink dirty and the bed comforter was stained. The breakfast was great. The ac unit was leaking a little bit of water.

Dias incríveis num lugar perto da tudo. .

Antes de fazer o pagamento fui ver s condições do hotel e o quarto. Primeiro que quando entrei na recepção quase morri de tanto mofo. Minha filha ficava o tempo todo falando que estava abafado. Porque o hotel tem cheiro de mofo. O lugar parece um lugar abandonado, que deram uma leve limpeza, encheram de cloro puro e abriram para estadias. Aquele lugar deveria ser revisado. Não está me boas condições. Não fiquei no hotel, condições péssimas, tudo velho, e a internet não funciona. A única coisa boa era o preço, mas tem coisas que o dinheiro não compensa .

Hotel precisa de reforma urgente, elevadores precarios e com cheiro desagradável, quarto péssimo, o chão grudava, lençois e toalhas velhos.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, tem uma vista bonita, porém teve um momento de inconveniência ao achar um objeto íntimo no chão do meu quarto, me deixando na incerteza sobre a maneira de limpeza, fora isso fomos muito bem recebidos, ótimo café da manhã, porém gostaria de um espelho melhor no quarto

O hotel é tranquilo de ficar e da pra curtir a dois, porém a cama dava pra sentir as “molas” e ela era meio bamba

A localização é maravilhosa, atendimento bom. Unico ponto que requer atenção é na limpeza

O atendimento da Larissa foi ótimo, porém o quarto tinha cama velha, com lençóis velhos, colchão mole, não tinha cobertas ( tem que pedir e contar com disponibilidade), não tem tel no quarto, elevador super velho, tive medo da estrutura. O banheiro tem aspecto de sujo. O café da manhã é bem variado mas o café parecia estar velho.

Gosto já é a 3 vez que fico no hotel mais é preciso mudar os quartos cama arrumação e os banheiros precisa mais manutenção
