Only thing I liked was the price. Like they say you get what you pay for. It's ok for short stays around 2 days. Do not recommend for long stays. Great for single person not for families.

We showed up to check in and waited almost an hour before we were given our room. Only one person was working the front desk. Then we get to our room and it was dirty, no toilet paper was there. We got our second room and the WiFi doesn’t even work. There is very limited plates for breakfast. And to top it off they have a list of tv channels that you can’t use. I do not recommend booking here. The only save it has that it’s close to the beach. But it was super inconvenient to book here

The service delivered is not what was purchased. Our experience left a lot to be desired, more details below: 1. The double bed is an arrangement and not a real double bed. As a result, I woke up with a lot of lower back pain because the bed split in half during the night and I slept in an uncomfortable position, causing pain in my spine. 2. The curtain on the bedroom window is very worn and looks dirty. 3. The bedroom door does not close smoothly and always scratches when opening and closing. 4. It offers a minibar it works, but the drink options are very limited. 5. The hair dryer has not worked for years, as far as we were able to find out. So they offer a hairdryer for use for a maximum of 30 minutes that needs to be picked up at the hotel reception. 6. they offer car parking service for a daily fee, but we always need to call someone else to open its door to get in/out of the park. For late night arrives this puts us at a security risk situation as we need to wait outside for someone to open parking door. Next time I'll look for other options and we do not recommend this business.

Very old property

Beds were hard, windows didn’t close, mold on the shower, bathroom was damaged and safe hazard because all their windows are open

Overall everything was good but the only thing that i think was bad is lack of communication at concierge. Parking Lot was supposed to be included but wasn't at all. Bad move on their part. I would like to be informed ahead of time.

Super limpo e pessoal super atencioso.

The staff is very pleasant and polite, but the structure of the building itself is very old and needs some upgrade asap. In Brazil, it's by law if any of the clients would like to visit the kitchen to see how the food is prepared to have free access, I requested to take a look and was denied by the management. From that point on I never touched the food from that place, and the breakfast was included, I did pay to have my breakfast someplace else.

Great location in most touristic neighborhood of Recife, 1 block away from the natural pool during the low tide of Boa Viagem.

The hotel was fine however they didn't have any towels in the room, the bed were covered with a plastic sheet which makes lots of noise when u on it and the bed itself wasn't comfort at all. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6:30, however they only had one guy organising it, so it took at least 15-20min to have everything ready.

Poucas opções no café da manhã, ficamos um dia sem água, elevadores com problema onde ficamos presos, tv com ruim sinal da antena.

Hotel com aspecto decadente. Não dá para levar em conta as fotos publicitárias. Muito pouca conservação. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Colchão, toalhas e roupas de cama de baixa qualidade. Papel higiênico folha simples... com todo respeito, isso é coisa de pensão da mais baixa qualidade. Por fora um prédio bonito e muito bem localizado, por dentro em decadência. O café da manhã é o pior ponto. Não há qualquer intenção em oferecer um ambiente agradável para se começar o dia com alegria. Não há nem como avaliar o que é servido, bastante insatisfatório, tanto no que é servido e a maneira como é servido - apresentação. Infelizmente não é possível indicar!!!

Estadia boa, foi apenas 1 noite, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo pessoal da recepção. Quarto família amplo, ar condicionado muito bom, mas instalações do hotel estão precisando de alguns reparos, os colchões estão gastos e os lençóis e toalhas também precisam de atenção! Café da manhã bom, diante do custo benefício da diária cobrada!

Ja havíamos nos hospedado nesse hotel alguns anos atrás! Ficamos decepcionados! Limpeza, toalhas finas ,velhas e muito desgastadas! A cama péssima! Lampadas queimadas! Cafe da manhã regular!Enfim não voltaremos e não indicaremos!!!
