Rede Andrade Vela Branca

Room is not very clean! The walls were dirty. No power outlets for both sides of the bed. The exhaust system on the bathroom was not working. WiFi connection was terrible !

Not good

Viviana foi extremamente humana e nos deixou entrar antes do horário do check in pois explicamos à ela que eu precisava de dormir por algumas horas pois estava saindo do hospital. O quarto estava bem limpo, mas o banheiro apesar de limpo, precisa de uma melhoria para ficar mais novinho, mas tudo estava limpo, e o pessoal da recepção são excelentes.

Location is great. Feels safe.

The hotel is old but for 2 nights was ok. There are a lot of homeless in the area. Please be careful. Recife is notorious dangers city. Be carful.

Double beds don’t stick together.

Front desk not friendly no smiling I book a quem size bed they put on the room with 2 twin size bad one of the bad all crooked breakfast food was cold Parking lot smell trash float and very tide space The only thing good about this property is the location

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

The location to the beach was good, the staff were friendly.

- Quarto pequeno, cama de mola (antiga), banheiro com chuveiro quebrado, box tão pequeno que vc toma banho de lado, na porta do box fica o vaso sanitário quase não dá para entrar. O banheiro não tem secador, tampa de lixeira e saída de ar. - TV pequena e fica ao contrário da cama. - Café é um dos piores da Rede Andrade. Pouca opção e o que tem é ruim. - Acho que a Rede Andrade deveria fiscalizar esse hotel. -

O banheiro estava com vazamento de água vindo do box, ao ligar o chuveiro. A sugestão é fazer esses reparos, pois fui várias vezes na recepção para pedir toalha de chão para secar água. E as tolhas de banho nao

toalhas e lençóis, tinham que ser trocadas pelo menos 1 dia sim e outro não

Ao entrar no quarto, notamos que as paredes estavam sujas, o ar condicionado sem as paletas e não havia cobertor. Não houve limpeza do quarta, somenteretirada do lixo do banheiro. Nao

Uma ótima localização

As fotos do anuncio nao condizem com a hospedagem no local. Em frente ao hotel tem muitos moradores de ruas, e tem o cheiro forte de esgoto.

Localização boa

Não tinha toalha no quarto, quando fui à recepção o atendente de forma bastante arrogante disse que as toalhas do hotel estavam secando.

Excelente localização.

O quarto tinha muita formiga.
