Minha estadia de três dias no hotel foi agradável, graças à excelente localização no coração da cidade. O café da manhã foi delicioso e o quarto foi amplo e confortável. No entanto, há alguns pontos que precisam ser melhorados. O quarto precisa de uma reforma, pois o papel de parede está rasgado e há uma parede suja na entrada. Além disso, o banheiro é grande, mas precisa de uma reforma completa, incluindo a troca da tampa e do acento do vaso sanitário, que está muito velho. O box também precisa de manutenção, pois o revestimento está desgastado.

Uma excelente estádia, ótima localização no centro, tem fácil acesso, excelente atendimento em todos os aspectos, um ótimo café da manhã com muitas variedades. Recomendo. O único contra que tenho é em relação ao colchão de casal que não é muito bom (não achei confortável) mas tem um ótimo tamanho.

Overall it is good. The only thing is about the wifi service. No matter it is in the morning, or in the afternoon or midnight, the internet is not only slow but often i cannot have the internet access. At one time I asked the receptionist at the counter to help but still have to change the password three times before i got the internet access.

Hotel muito bom. Aptos são ótimos. Café da manhã excelente. O que eu acho estranho é o empreendimento não ter o décimo terceiro andar pq remete ao PT ou esquerda. Não consigo acredita R que a polarização política chegou até na questão do andar. O andar tem 12 e daí pula para o 14. Achei isso um absurdo. Fora isso, os funcionários são ótimos e o hotel é muito bom.

A estadia deixou a desejar. O quarto estava limpo e a equipe de funcionários foi educada, porém tive muitos problemas que comprometeram o conforto. A TV não funcionava, não havia acesso à Netflix ou a qualquer outro serviço, e a internet era péssima. O ar-condicionado estava em más condições, pingando muita água durante toda a noite, o que tornou quase impossível dormir. Inclusive, precisei usar um pano do banheiro para evitar que a água molhasse minhas coisas. Infelizmente, isso prejudicou bastante a experiência.
