Great, very friendly and hospitable staff. It was my birthday when I arrived, the front desk realized that and within 30 minutes I had a beautiful arrangement of deserts delivered to my room. A big thank you to the complete team at the Royal Palm Tower Anhanguera. I will return one day.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. I am only reducing one star because the voltage was only 220 and they did not have any converters. However, I should have looked into this prior to booking but it was a very last minute, 1-night stay on our way to somewhere else. However if you are coming from out of the county and have specific needs for 110 (in this case it was my husband’s cpap), just make sure you check that any hotel has what you may need. Aside from this everything was great.

The property is clean and inviting with some amenities. I found the room to be very small and lacking minor things like tissues, directory of hotel services, price list for bar items. In addition, parking was not included in the hotel room price but was charged separately. In spite of these things, though, the facility was pleasant and convenient.

Staff is very very junior and immature. The ac unit in my room was clearly not working then I called reception. They came over and said “it’s normal” and it really takes a while till the cooler kicks in. Well, over 2 hours had passed already then they finally agreed to move me to another room - after an inspection made by 5 hotel clerks and someone from maintenance. Adding a bunch of untrained people doesn’t make quality any better if they are not prepared to handle very simple situations. The hotel is brand new and comfy, but the staff needs a lot more
