They let another guess harass. Prank call an ring the doorbell all night. They knew his name. Era Anderson. An did nothing. She even called reception. They said they would check the cameras. This place is total trash. Not safe at all. Better off sleeping in the street!!

Very disappointing experience overall The key card system worked inconsistently, and when I went to reception because my key didn’t work, I was scolded and publicly embarrassed by a staff member (I believe his name was Jose). He raised his voice in front of other guests and staff, blaming me for keeping the card near my cellphone — something that was never communicated to me at any point. I found his behavior extremely rude and unprofessional. The hotel advertises 24-hour room service, but this is misleading. They do not provide room service during the restaurant’s lunch hours (11am–2pm), and when I called after 2pm, I was told the kitchen was being cleaned and room service was unavailable. On top of that, both the restaurant and room service were closed on a holiday, which is completely unacceptable based on what is being advertised. The property itself is outdated. The TVs are old, not smart TVs, and the resolution is very poor. I asked for the manager multiple times, but she was never available or present. Paid parking is another downside. Overall, a very disappointing stay and not what I expected at

Very friendly staff, good restaurant, clean and good location..

The reception was very friendly and the check-in was quick. The room was exactly as it appears in the photos, spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast served had several food options. Unfortunately, the TV in the room, it was not smart and did not have a clear image, was difficult to watch anything, which meant I had to use my cell phone to watch a movie. I was unable to use the pool on the day I was staying, the water was very cloudy and I did not feel safe. Which made me a little sad, as it was very hot in the city.

Hotel and room excellent. The TV is absolutely horrible and ruined our 7 day stay. All channels are dubbed with no way to hear original language, a tremendous insult to any and all foreigners or even Brazilians who find dubbed movies ridiculous. This should be a source of shame to the management.

Hotel is outdated and in serious need of renovation. The room, towels smells moldy. Staff seemed unhappy and frustrated. The gym and sauna area is like a scene from a horror movie. I never right bad reviews like this but I feel people should know what they are getting. When I was searching and booking this was the most expensive and best rated hotel I could find so expected better quality. I hope this helps.

Good value, good location, friendly staff and easy access.

Our room's balcony had a wonderful direct view of Pico da Ibituruna, one of the main attractions in Governador Valadares. The hotel is right next to a full restaurant with superb food.

The General manager of the property didn't show care at all about the problems that i have with the sisment of payment !!! Their credit card machine doesn't accept international credit card . I consider very poor management. I could use my credit card any stored around their properties at grocery store, mall newspapers stores , restaurants any place at the restaurant inside the hotel , but accept to pay my hotel bill ,sorry give me a brack . I ask to speak to the Hotel manager about , but the top dogs was never available !!! Nor made it self available during the whole time the i was there !!!!
