Serrambi Resort

This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!

Esperava muito mais de um Resort como este. Se você curte piscina de adulto, LOTADA de crianças e bebes com e sem fraldas, com direito a serem trocadas e atiradas nos pes da sua espreguiçadeira, este é o seu Resort. No checkin você assina uma folha com div regras e proibições, mas não existe rigor e nem fiscaliz para uso da piscina adulto, sob a desculpa de “nao serem um htl proibitivo”. Nao tem seg ou g. vidas, q além de prestar a seg e socorro, prestaria a fiscaliz e manut da ordem necessária a qq civilização ou conviv social. Isso que a piscina infantil é enorme e confort até p os pais. Falta sim educ. dos pais, mas p isso serve fiscal para manter a ordem e regras. Crianças na borda chutando bola na piscina de adt c os pais junto e atingindo outra hospedes q queria desfrutar da piscina de adt com sossego. Saiu discussão pois o pai mal educ n aceitou queixas das 2 mulheres atingidas. Sem ter um guarda vidas/seg para coibir e defender hospedes dos sem noção. Piscina de criança, devem ser usadas por estas. Piscina de adulto (pelo menos 10+ anos), deve ser utilizada apenas por estes. Ja vivemos numa geração sem limites, sem educação, respeito e sem bom senso. Se não tiver regras, nem de graça vale. Na folha assinada no checkin diz que n é permit guardar lugar na espreg, mas na pratica, as 07h todas ja estão c toalhas “guardando lugar”. A alimentação é outro ponto negativo. Tem quantid e varied mas n tem qualid. E pior, o hotel é isolado, longe de tudo. Nao valeu o inv

Its a great resort! Visited 2 x already with kid!

We stayed a night at the resort. Our room was part of the unrenovated part of the resort. A superior ocean facing room. It was not clean, with dirty floors, moldy bathrooms and a stiff bed. The windows in the shower and toilet room do not close, so it is impossible to keep the room cold or to keep the bugs out. The gym was in pretty dismal condition also. However, the breakfast, and dinner was very good. The service was also very good at the resort.

amazing resort with all the amenities. dinner could be improved and they should have a convenience store to sell mineral water in big bottles otherwise you need to survive prichasing their 500ml! very beautiful location.

Weather was great and the food Amazing!! Beautiful view from any place of the resort! We loved the contact with nature in every corner, from beautiful flowers to magnificent birds!!!

The beach is almost private of the hotel, and the naturally occurring pool is right in front of it. It's a hotel where you can enjoy nature so comfortably. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and convenient.

Great, easy going

Pros: great breakfast and dinner buffets, excellent service, private beach, nice amenities. Tons of things to do at the resort so we didn’t have to leave Cons: the resort looks a bit run down, and there were many children while we were there on the weekend. Next time we would go during the week

The resort has a nice pool and gym and it is conveniently located near a private beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. We were there during the weekend so there were a lot of children. We would come back next time during a weekday.

What a great location on a beautiful quiet beach and the food eas excellent. Highly recommended.

Quarto antigo, com mobília antiga, péssima iluminação de forma geral (luminotécnico) e com um banheiro (box) extremamente pequeno e desconfortável.

Amamos a estadia, fomos em família! Instalações ótimas, quartos com vista para o mar, praticamente uma praia privativa.

Resort pequeno, porém familiar! Pouca iluminação, inclusive no restaurante! Mas no geral, foi uma boa estadia.
