Efetuei uma reserva para minha família, 3 crianças e 2 adultos. Não me lembro como, descobri que os quartos não eram conjugados. Entrei em via telefone e fui informada que nenhuma unidade da rede Slaviero poderia nos receber em quartos conjugados. Solicitei então que fossem quartos no mesmo andar, pelo menos, pois somos uma família. Fui informada que isso só seria possível no momento da chegada ao hotel. Após nossa chegada, ficamos uma noite em andares separados e depois tivemos que trocar um dos quartos. Fomos então informados que algumas outras unidades poderiam ter nos recebido melhor como família. Pois era isso que eu havia perguntado antes de nossa viagem quando liguei. Acredito que um pouco mais de cuidado com uma família e qualquer outro hóspede seria o ideal. Obrigada.

Fui alocado num quarto com cheiro de cachorro molhado. Reclamei, aí me passaram pra um quarto sem a cama extra pro meu filho. Reclamei novamente, aí sim, me deram um quarto bom com cama de casal e outra extra porém, as instalações estão um pouco desatualizadas. Não voltarei mais.

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!
