A localização do hotel é excelente! Muito próximo do parque Ibirapuera e localizado em um bairro bonito e tranquilo. Ao lado tem um restaurante América. A academia é um ponto positivo, o café da manhã é bom também. Mas o quarto necessita de manutenção, banheiro muito pequeno, a manutenção tb necessária, a cama estava afundada. E as janelas não vedam o barulho dos aviões que passam a toda hora.

Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Por ser virada de ano, esperava que a área da piscina ficasse aberta, porém, encerrou as 21h30. Quarto excelente, cama grande e confortável, microondas, máquina de café com cápsulas e alguns utensílios de cozinha. Outro ponto foi o cobertor, que estava cm cheiro ruim, solicitamos a troca e fomos atendidos.

A estadia foi excelente porém, faltou um pouco de comunicação no anuncio e na hora do check-in em relação ao estacionamento do hotel.
o estacionamento é terceirizado, e pago a parte, mas essa informação não nos é informada nos anúncios de reserva de estadia. Logo, ao chegar você já é surpreendido por um gasto a mais não programado com estacionamento. Porém, ao perguntar sobre os custos com estacionamento, me foi informado que seria no valor de 30 reais a ESTADIA, mas ao fazer o check-out me foi cobrado 30 reais a DIÁRIA. Essa falta de comunicação é inadmissivel, já que todos os detalhes deveriam ser esclarecidos tanto na hora da contratação, quanto do check-in.
Já que o estacionamento em si não é do hotel, ou não está incluso na estadia, essa informação DEVERIA ser bem clara e explicita na hora da contratação, ao invés de divulgarem a existência de estacionamento na hora da reserva.

My room was large with a balcony and a mini kitchen (needed a few more utensils and microwave was not working). The rooftop area is small but very nice with a pool, sauna, gym and breakfast area. Breakfast was buffet style with many options and the area is close to the airport, the park, several markets and a big mall. Solid choice for Sao Paulo in my opinion.

The worst check in I have had over the past years.
The property as per Expedia's rules was supposed to charge my credit card upon check-in only. Unauthorized, they charged my card 24 hours prior to check in, within my free cancellation period. I did not think of cancelling (I should have), but regardless this is bad business practice.
I arrived 20 minutes before the check-in time. No rooms available. Long wait for a room where the safe did not work and the balcony doors (on a lower floor) did not close. Back to reception for another room. That room had the exact same issues, which later was fixed, but this is not the point. I asked for a quiet room, not facing the avenue, as it was noisy. Sound proofing was not invented at this location. I got a room facing the avenue. I contacted Expedia, they were slow and not efficient.
Save yourself time and headaches and do NOT stay at this property.

Gostei bastante das acomodações. ter espaços separados para mini cozinha, mesa de escritório, um sofá e até mesmo uma sacada, deram a sensação de estar em casa. Recomendo esse hotel. Café bacana também!
