ThalassaGarden Hotel - Pousada

The bathroom smelled terrible, like sewage and the air conditioner did not work properly. When we brought it to their attention, nothing was done to remedy the situation.

It was a wonderful time!

Excellent location, a few blocks down the hill to the center of town and the beach. The property though doesn't feel like it's in the middle of town. Staff were friendly and excellent!

Very nice pool with excellent bar service. Short walk to all the excellent restaurants in Pipa.

Washington is amazing at front desk and the breakfast crew were great too. Owners could spend more time fixing up the place with fresh paint or getting rid of the ant problem around the pool instead of micromanaging things like reorganizing a cheese tray. Oh and a hello/smile to their guests wouldn’t hurt either

My stay here was excellent and it started off with Washinton who made my stay mist welcome. He told me if theres anything I need not to hesitate. He went above and beyond my expectations. I actually tbink he should be owner of the Pousada as i saw the owners who are gay and im a gay male myself barely even acknowledge their guests. I thougt this was rude. I dont need a lot of attention but at least a "bom dia" even the cleaning ladies in passing looked you in the eye and said "bom dia". The breakfast was amazing! Especially the tall guy and girl who worked the omlete station. In the main building everything worked great! I had to move to a chalet last day where i had roaches and big ones and also things broken in shower. All in all a great stay and woukd stay again because of the staff and not the owners. Owner please bw nicer to your guests and workers and a smile doesnt hurt either.

we went as a couple for 4 nights and had a wonderful time there until a receptionist named Washington slipped a paper with his phone number to my wife hands while I was checking out. Hiring such a disrespectful person to such a great pousada is extremely unfortunate and they should fire him as soon as possible.

Very nice property. It's off the main street but a short walk to the beach and action. Good breakfast. Has a nice common area and places to relax.

Staff is awesome. Enjoyed the pool. Property is well maintained. Wifi was reliable and breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel: beautiful, colorful, creative design on the common areas and a great use of the space and good, healthy breakfast. The suite was beautiful, roomy with a large balcony, the bed was king size, comfortable and romantic. Overall, a good stay. My only complains are that the hotel is not too close to the beach, and best beaches in the area are not the beach close to the hotel: Baia dos Golfinhos is a 30 minute walk (it's only accessible by foot) and Praia do Madero (we had to take a van there). However, the hotel is close to most of the places you'd want to go at night: downtown and a lot of fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. Also, the TV went off sometimes and the hot water in the shower wasn't a constant. Later at night, we only got tepid water. BUT, overall, the hotel was really fantastic and Pipa was great.

As comodidades não condizem com as fotos pois está tudo velho e precisa de reforma , as áreas comuns sujas , piscina suja . O quarto a pior parte , tudo sujo , toalhas sujas e roupas de cama , o banheiro do quarto os azulejos caindo , a maçaneta da porta sai (minha mãe ficou presa no banheiro)..o café da manhã os colaboradores são muito simpáticos mas o café da manhã é muito fraco pelo valor cobrado , e tinha tanta mosca que encomendava

1 - Pousada grandinha e boa, quartos grande, área externa ampla com duas piscinas e confortável; 2 - fica a cerca de 500mts da praia e tem um morrinho para subir na volta, mas nada de mais; 3 - café da manhã bem servido e variado com opção de omeletes e tapiocas; 4 - ponto de atenção Estávamos em 2 quartos com as filhas onde ficamos por 3 noites na pousada. Na primeira noite no quarto das filhas, logo que chegamos do jantar escutamos barulho de água mas não imaginávamos que seriamos premiados, mas ao abrir a porta nos deparamos com quarto alagado molhando a mala e roupas que estavam dentro. Ducha higiênica roupas a mangueira ( falta de manutenção pois já deveria ter sido trocada) Recepcionista falou que foram 2 quartos com mesmo problema no mesmo dia. Em nossa ultima noite nosso banheiro também amanheceu alagado, sifão da pia do nada começou a vazar. Limpar sifão de pia tem que estar na rotina de manutenção mensal, pois muita pessoas e o cabelo vai entupindo a pia, faz parte por isso tem que haver rotina de manutenção que ficou claro que só arrumam quando estoura o problema. A pousada é de um brasileiro e um alemão e tem uma gerente que não tem visão de dono além de não ser muito receptiva. Sequer pediu desculpas com o ocorrido nos dois quartos. São manutenções básicas simples e baratas que causam desconforto e deixam cliente irritado. Não voltaria, buscaria outra das milhares de opções que tem em Pipa com preços tam bons quanto.

hotel em sim necessita de manutenção. Mata muito fechada para chegar ao quarto, o que não é problema para algumas pessoas mas pra mim que tenho fobia foi demais, tanto que das 4 diarias só fiquei uma e não quiseram me reembolsar as demais. funcionarios atenciosos, porem a Gerente de nome Aline debochou da minha fobia perguntando se tinha um timbu dentro do meu quarto e ainda maltratando e coagindo funcionarios somente porque eu perguntei se lá haviam animais silvestres. portas do banheiro emperrando, janela do banheiro emperrando, jardins no entorno das piscinas sem manutenção, sem ao menos varreção.

É a nossa 2a vez neste hotel. O espaço é tranquilo, repleto de natureza, com trilhas para acessar os quartos/chalés, mas tudo bem confortável. A piscina foi o ponto alto para nosso filho de 4 anos. Nosso cãozinho idoso também se adaptou muito bem. O quarto bem arrumado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Cafe da manhã delicioso.

Café da manhã excelente. Ambiente agradável. Hotel necessitando de reformas em algumas estruturas que já se encontraram desgastadas pelo tempo e uso.

O hotel atendeu a nossa necessidade. Fomos bem atendidos, facilidade de estacionar, próximo da rua principal, seguro e tem um bom café da manhã, simples mas gostoso. Necessita de manutenção imediata no quarto que estivemos. Manutenções simples mas muito necessárias. Recomendo o hotel para quem pretende passar poucos dias na cidade.
