Good room.

Nice bedroom with everything u need, refrigerator, microwave and a good location u can do a lot just walking… parking with a vallet and friendly staff!!!!

Curtains are old and hangs down from curtains rails. Lampshades in the bedroom are old and broken. All the lights were unplugued and the cord wrapped/tied around the lampshades Lights in the bathroom were burned

I grew up in this city. The area around the hotel is dirty. The whole city is dirty. It is Brazil but the property is well kept and the staff is great. The whole State of Rio de Janeiro is almost bankrupted due to corrupted politicians but if you have to go to Volta Redonda, I recommend this hotel. It is very central and easy to get around. It is close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is delicious and the staff very friendly and professional.

Very good experience

Dirty room. With cover sheet clearly showing stains. Requested new sheets. Front desk had to come upstairs take pics and sent someone with a flat sheet only. Bathroom faucet was loose. There stains on the walls. Shower faucets and glass had water/soap stains. Blackout curtains full of stains. No soundproof windows. Hotel is in a busy street and you can hear everything almost as if the windows are open. Earlyin the morning non stop pounding noises coming from the mining across the street bypassed the windows not allowing people to sleep. Heard from employee it is a common complaint from guests and learned from Front desk hotel belongs to the mining plant. Concluded it was built to serve the mining employees, thus is clearly not a hotel for tourists.

Hotel is on downtown and close to shopping, dining and banks. Room was good with a confortable bed but the bathroom (shower spaces) needs a better cleanning. I saw mold on the edges of the titles.

Good as usual. The best option at the region. Rooms starting to require some renovation.

The hotel is clean and the location is good, but the internet doesn’t work

There was microwave oven and space to prepare sandwichs, good beds and pillows, all new, the only issu was the the noisy, but it wasn't that much.

Quarto muito bom

Quarto impecável, super atenciosos, café da manhã bom, localização excelente, porém, sempre tem um porém, por ele, o hotel, estar localizado a White Martins Volta Redonda, empresa que fornece oxigênio e nitrogênio a CSN, o barulho do compressor de ar (sistema com um motor se não me engano de 25.000 CV), torna os quartos barulhento, da ala ímpar, um zumbido constante, 24 horas. o resto, muito bom.

Estadia incrível, atendimento de qualidade, pessoal da recepção extremamente educados. Café da manhã é uma delícia e possui uma boa variedade. Concerteza me hospedaria novamente

Hotel maravilhoso, cama super confortável, chuveiro com agua quente e a pressão da agua muito boa. Limpeza excelente Café da amanhã maravilhoso, uma grande variedade de pães, bolos, frios e frutas. A localização tbm excelente perto de tudo. Super recomendo.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas eu já fiquei em hoteis em condições e comodidades similares por um preço melhor. O quarto que eu fiquei eram duas camas de solteiro unidas e muito barulhento. A cama de solteiro que eu dormi era confortável. Lençóis visivelmente antigos, mas aparentemente limpos. Quanto a limpeza do quarto, ela é satisfatória. O chuveiro é excelente! O atendimento do hotel é excelente! A tv a cabo é satisfatória e com boas opções. O estacionamento é por manobrista.
