Villa Canoas Hotel

The property is very well located, super close to the city center of Foz and the bus terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible! If you’re a light sleeper, you may need earplugs (depending on where is your room). Overall, great cost/benefit ratio, definitely recommend.

the location of the hotel is really strategic, with restaurants money exchange and bus terminal to iguazu within walking distance.staff can speak simple english, rooms is perfectly modern and clean!

One person at the desk spoke english and french and he was a big support for us to visit the aerea. Close to the busstation is a big adventage. So our stay was very good

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The room was small and our window faced the street - and it was noisy! It was a good thing I had ear plugs from my flight or I wouldn't have slept at all. The windows are thin, single pane glass. We stayed here because we had two children with us and it was one of a very few hotels we could find that all four of us could sleep in the same room.

Located very close to the terminal central bus station (2 blocks) and around the corner from the main shopping district. Excellent churrascaria located 2 blocks to the west (Churrascaria do Gaúcho) for R$20 per person that includes an icre cream buffet. Hotel is extremely basic, and yes, there is NOT an elevator as others have mentioned. They also do not give you any shampoo. Aside from that, the AC unit is very strong and will cool the room in a mere minute or two. The TV quality sucks. The bed was ok and lots of blankets were provided.

There was nothing special about the Villa Canoas Hotel, but it met all of my needs during my stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the city bus station which made travel around the city and to nearby cities in Argentina and Paraguay quite easy. There is also good shopping along nearby Brasil Street which leads into downtown. There was a good selection at breakfast. Staff was quite helpful. Air conditioning was satisfactory and hot water always available. The bed was a little short with the sheets being inadequate for the bed. I slept pretty well although there was street noise from loud cars and loud audio systems.

Hotel bem localizado, com excelente relacao custo beneficio, mas o diferencial foi a equipe do atendimento, em especial a Tiago, que me deixou um mimo de boas vindas e foi super solicito quando eu estava reservando a estadia. A ele, um muito obrigada especial <3! Voltaremos a Foz e, com certeza, o hotel sera nossa escolha.
