Reservei dois quartos e os dois eram SEM janela. De acordo com as normas técnicas, esse tipo de construção não é nem permitido.
Instalaram uma cortina na parede, para dar um ar de salubridade, mas a sensação é de estar em um cativeiro. Complicadíssimo.

O hotel é novo, então tudo está muito bem conservado. O decepcionante foi o tamanho dos quartos: se você está querendo passar muito tempo no hotel, repense, pois a acomodação dupla é muito apertada e a acústica é péssima.
Outro ponto que nos chamou a atenção foi que pediram todos os nossos dados de forma antecipada por WhatsApp e, quando chegamos lá, simplesmente não havia nada preenchido de forma antecipada. Por qual motivo os solicitaram, então?
Como ponto positivo, os funcionários são atenciosos e treinados e nos deram copinhos de água como cortesia logo que chegamos. Também vimos bastante organização.
Foram flexíveis com o check-in, mas infelizmente não conseguimos o mesmo no check-out, quando precisamos que 1 dos quartos dos 4 que reservamos fosse liberado 3h mais tarde, por conta de um passeio que faríamos. Entendo que tudo tem custo, mas solicitamos isso no domingo e o hotel não tinha absolutamente NINGUÉM a não ser nós (nos 3 quartos), do domingo para segunda. Além disso, tínhamos reservado 4 quartos para o mesmo grupo. Para mim, isso foi uma bola fora.
