Excellent hotel, spacious room, wonderful breakfast, very convenient to most attractions. Will definitely stay here again. Only issue is parking for pickup trucks. A little tight but easily manageable.

Easy access hotel. Good selection of restaurants on the vicinity. Friendly staff and good breakfast. There is only one elevator working when I stay, delaying access to the rooms. Nice pool and gym facilities. Excellent city views.

We were given a second floor apt looking over to a open air night club, unable to sleep till 3-4 am . Beds only had a sheet to cover, No blankets. 1 pillow. Bathroom no shampoo or conditioner, only bar soap. Definitely far from decent. Not to mention that we had reserved a more expensive room…

Nos hospedamos lá para ir e voltar do Jalapão! O quarto e banheiro são limpos e confortáveis. A cama é grande, o ar condicionado funciona bem. A piscina é geladinha mas o espaço é bem gostoso principalmente pela vista. A academia é completa e também tem uma sauna. A localização é o ponto alto, pois tem um Mc Donalds bem na esquina, um hospital na mesma rua (não houve barulho), e na rua de trás tem um shopping com restaurantes e bares interessantes. Dá pra ir a pé por dentro do hospital mesmo (dica pra ir mais rápido). Único ponto ruim foi a internet que não funcionou muito bem e tivemos que usar nosso próprio 5g.

Quarto confortável. Escada e elevador. Café da manhã com variedade. Serviço de quarto não foi 100% - pedimos mais talheres e disseram que não poderiam levar (se pedimos serviço de quarto porque não podíamos sair do quarto). Piscina fechada (o dia todo sendo aspirada). Sauna não esquentou
