The location is excellent. Great restaurants nearby- strong wifi and airconditioning.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My friend (who lives in the direct area) would visit the hotel while I was getting ready to go out for the day (I.e. wait for me to eat breakfast, change, etc.). At the end of the trip, the aggressive owners insisted that I pay $200 for his "visits". When I refused to pay the excessive bill, the owner attempted to rip my luggage out of my hands. After I got my bag back, he threatened me and walked towards me while brandishing a knife. These owners should be arrested. On-top of that, the hotel had poor conditions, lots of bugs, bad housekeeping, poor wifi, and a horrible breakfast.

Dirty room. Toilet that wouldn't flush, way over priced. Food terrible.

The hotel is pretty nice, it's a small hotel and they include breakfast. The area is good with bars and restaurants and some nightlife. It is also an affordable hotel, so don't expect luxury as a 5 star hotel. Over all, it is a nice place to stay for an affordable price.

it was low season, almost empty, place is nice, do not expect too much. the personel is very friendly and helpful.

The staff were nice. You will barely scrape by if you don't speak Portuguese, but that's okay - I used my phrase book and managed. Breakfast was very nice. Room was quite basic, but suited my needs. A few hangers would have been nice in the closet space (there were none). This is located near the "main drag" of the Lagoa da Conceição area, at the opposite end from Lagoa town - if you had to walk to Lagoa, it would take you about 20 minutes. To walk to Praia Mole would also take you about 20-25 mins (and you have to walk up a very steep hill). However, this is a good location, and there are bars and restaurants close by. The staff were friendly. No safe in the room, but they have one at the front desk, and they carefully list everything you give them, and note when you add or remove an item. There is adequate parking if you get a car. I found taxis hard to come by on the island - certainly none to flag down - you have to call them. I ended up renting a car. This is a good basic hotel, and the staff are nice. No room service, but you can buy soft drinks at the front desk. There is also a fridge in the room. Wi-Fi is free and a little intermittent (like a lot of Internet in Brazil) but you can get by.

Nice and calm hotel in a dead end street. The breakfast is really good. Walking distance to both beach ( Praia Joaquina) and the "city" of Lagoa. Bus stop really close to the hotel. The rooms are simple, but satisfying.

This hotel was very very standard to say the least! The rooms so so, and not well appointed. I got n electric shock off the power Lint and the electric shower had exposed wires above it. The owners/ managers were not keen to assist in any way because of the language barriers. They even charged me $2.50 to call a taxi to the airport. There aren't phones in the rooms to do it yourself!

O hotel fica proximo as praias da Joaquina e Mole, cerca de 2km. Da pra ir andando. Acredito que por ser uma regiao turistica, os preços das refeições dos bares e restaurantes não são atrativos comparados com o sabor, mas aí é gosto pessoal. No mais a Lagoa é charmosa e tranquila. O hotel lembra uma pousada, é rustico e muito tranquilo, compensa o preço. As camas ficam a desejar, assim como a simplicidade do café da manhã. Nota 10 para o atendimento da equipe e limpeza.

Cardápio do café da manhã com o básico mas tudo gostoso e novo. Estacionamento espaçoso e quartos silenciosos. Funcionários foram bem atenciosos

A localizacao é excelente. O atendimento muito bom. Precisa trocar o colchao da cama de casal do quarto 2. As paredes com cheiro de mofo.

Café da manhã: Ruim. Pouquíssima variedade e é servido muito tarde, das 8h às 10h e mesmo sendo tarde quando começa o período, nem todos os alimentos foram servidos. Funcionários simpáticos. O quarto limpam 1 dia sim e não e trocam a roupa de cama a cada 3 dias, o que é ruim. Estacionamento ok. A estadia não foi ruim, o custo benefício foi até bom, mas se der para pagar um pouco mais, vale a pena se hospedar em outro lugar. Quem precisa sair cedo não pode se hospedar nesse hotel pq o café da manhã é servido muito tarde.

O café da manhã super saudável e abundante em variedades, estacionamento seguro com muitas vagas, ótimo relacionamento dos funcionários com os hospedes e limpeza 100%.

Otimo café da manhã, tudo que você precisa para comecar dia com energia. Atendimento muito bom, e a sra que atende sempre disponivel para fazer agrado (ovos feito na hora , só pedir). O sr Saulo (dono) sempre ta no café para um bom papo.
