Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Great place for relaxing. Good food in the restaurant. Seeing a fox was a bonus. Comfortable bed, very clean apartment and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

Fabulous lounge area, warm and cozy, real fires, comfortable furniture, amazing views. Initially disappointed, I specifically asked for a room with a bath but didn't get this. After a 6 hour journey I was too tired to ask for a different room. I would stay at the Cornelia again.

The hotel was very disappointing - the condition of the room was not very good at all. The shower head sprayed over the top of the cubicle as it was broken and also leaked all over the floor. The plug sockets came out of the wall when you pulled the plug out. The room was self catering but only had plates, cups and cutlery - no knives, cooking utensils, pans or dishes. We told the staff of the issues and granted they did resolve them - we had housekeeping drop of some kitchen bits and a maintenance man sorting the shower and fitting a new shower head. The bed was very comfy though which was good! Breakfast was a bit sparse with flies hovering around but the lady on reception was very helpful. We had booked to stay a week but checked out after our first night as it was all very disappointing and not like a holiday at all. We moved to another hotel in the area which was only a little more money and ALOT better! Sorry Cornelia - we don't usually complain but others need to know that this hotel is really not as good as its rating.....

The staff are very nice and the hotel is lovely. The pool and spa is really good. They provide slippers and bath robes which is great. The hair-dryers are very small and not great for my hair but we managed for the days. The food is good and it varied everyday. Out of all the staff members are so lovely and go beyond themselves to help you in every occasions. The rooms were cleaned every day which was great. Amazing view by the room balcony's

Apt was functional, comfy bed, water from tap extremely hot, could be dangerous for kids. Staff we’re all lovely and welcoming. Shuttle bus only runs twice a day, this would probably stop me from visiting again, as quite far from main town, but if you just want to chill and look at the beautiful mountain views. This place is really nice. Pool and spa a nice bonus. Plus walkable distance to nearby hotels if you want a change of scene at night. Overall a good stay.

Kayak merkezine orta uzaklıkta ancak servis imkanı mevcut. Otel binası eski ancak bakımlı Yemek salonu şık dizayn edilmis. Yemek seçenekleri iyi. Fiyat performans olarak iyi kabul ederim.

1. Service at restaurant and breakfast area is below standard. Restaurant capacity is too small for such big number of guests. Restaurant staff is not staff at alll : waiting for a free table, standing something to be relaxed but in the meantime when a table is free, this doesn’t mean that you have chance for it as there NO priority : guest that were coming later on, catch up the table even we were waiting earlier. Staff was not caring at all and they pay no attention at all and on top they supported that the following guest had already prepaid for their diner so they owned to catch the free table. Maybe the staff didn’t want our money as Terra bar that is only 170m did it (spent max 30€ for a nice dinner there..) After 10.00 there is nothing on buffet ! 2. spa is far away for average standards facilities : no reception for handling & taking care the area : all floors were dramatically slippery and dangerous for common safe (dramatically shocking wet). Steam bath had minimum 1-2 cm of water that was sticky having no access to leave form the floor canals. Dirty and unhealthy as well. 3. Wifi : Only in the reception area works. if you complain to the reception desk, the answer is very simple : "Come down and work in the lobby" !!!! In 2019 with such internet speed connectivity is a pity not to have jus few repeaters in such a big building ! Charge 1 euro more each night per each room and you will have 48 euros more so you can buy some repeaters : costed only few euros !

Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, με υπέροχα spa. Ζεστή πισίνα, κατάλληλη για παιδιά. Ο πρωινός μπουφές αρκετά πλούσιος, αν και έλλειπαν γλυκά σνακ. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα το ασθενές σήμα του wifi στα δωμάτια.
