Family Hotel Romantic

Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main strip but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc. The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before. Rooms are basic but clean with everything you need, beds comfy, good air con and a fridge.. The pool is tiny but great for cooling down plus it's quiet and not busy. I like to swim in the sea anyway so this didn't bother me. Next time I'm in the area i will definitely look to book here again.

Had a great day hotel basic but great value for money. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Bed comfortable and very quiet. 20 minutes to beach but a good walk through shops and bars and restaurants . A very cheap holiday from start to finish .

Great location 10 minutes walk to beach closer to shops starting . Basic room , no frills , no fancy prices ! No tea coffee facilities! Cafes close by and vending machine just outside hotel lobby! Would stay again

Nice, friendly hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Balcony was nice as well. Bathroom was small but efficient. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the beach with shops and restaurants all along the way. Overall, great place to stay on a budget.

The hotel was in a great location just a few minutes walk from the strip. No issues walking around sunny beach. Staff were amazing during the day and the night, rooms were clean and well presented. Not one single fault I could find

The hotel is just a block from the most popular restaurant in Sunny Beach which is a must try. When I got there the check in process was quite cold, it was a guy who checked me in. The next day there was a lady at the front desk and she was very friendly, she greeted me and asked me if it was my first time in Sunny Beach, then proceeded to give me recommendations, which wasn't good. The staff in General always greeted me when they saw me. The room: The rooms need to be re-done. The carpet was FILTHY, it was so dirty that I was disgusted to walk on it barefoot. It had big stains all over, as if it hasn't been washed in about 10 years. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the couch was also filthy. The housekeeping staff is lazy, that I can tell you. Every time I came back to the hotel room my bed was "made" but it seems like it was made by a 3 year old. The replaced my towels every two days, because the shower would flood easily, my floor towel would always end up damped with water and they never cared to replace it or dry it. In general I would recommend this place if you're looking for something cheap and to be within walking distance of everything. If you're easily grossed out by dirtiness, this might not be the place for you. Also, the walls are not sound proof, there was a baby on my right side of the room and that baby would cry at all hours, in addition, around 4am when people would start coming in drunk, you would hear them too.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, it had a small fridge and TV. The bathroom was a good size. It was good walking distance to the town.

In a slightly run down area, yet close enough to the main square with bars, restaurants and shops aplenty. Slightly dated hotel but decent sized rooms with air con and balcony. Very small pool available also. Room only, but fridge supplied in room, which helped our stay. Excellent staff, always ready to help with any issue (including taxi to and from airport prebookable by email). Will definitely return but would prefer to visit newer and larger hotel with more facilities on next visit to Sunny Beach. Plenty to do within 5-10 minutes walk and lots more further afield. Djanny restaurant only 150 yards away and this was one of the best eateries in SB in our opinion. Cheap food and drinks especially if you shop around.

Great small hotel on a quiet street but close to everything. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable with great pillows. Just remember bring your own soap and towels. They only provide one small soap when you arrive and nothing after. Two towels provided are changed after four days. Still good and would stay again.

staff are extremely kind and smiley.. they never wasted a second without smiling to guests and processing their requests asap. hotel condition shouldn't be 2 stars, a 3 is well-deserved.. and staff should be 5 stars.

For the price of this hotel you really can't complain - the walls are a little thin, as are the pillows, and the shower didnt drain properly, but you get what you pay for!! Nor far off the beaten track at all, 5 min walk from the main strip / 10 mins from the beach. Staff didnt speak much English but were polite and helpful, always with a smile. I'd stay again if I were in need of a cheap last minute hotel!
