What a gem of a hotel. We stayed in the seaview apartment and it was just lovely. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous views. Easy walk to the market and bus stop. Super close to the main road. Wonderful staff.

Fabulous hotel, everywhere was refreshingly clean and tidy. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful, with good use of the English language. The pool is small but nice and clean and maintained daily, ideal to cool you down. Free water in the room and free tea/coffee/water in the dining area. There’s also a refrigerator with cold drinks that you are able to purchase. Nice outside area with plenty of seating and sun loungers and even seating for smaller guests. Our room was quite large but unfortunately didn’t have a balcony, this did NOT spoil our stay in any way. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Nice small family hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing. On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so.

Even arriving at 4am was no bother. Taxi met us at airport and driver showed us to our room. Great accommodation and breakfasts were excellent. Need a car to get around. Would definitely stay here again

Very good service plus free parking. Room very clean all with balconies. Choice of breakfast although an english breakfast comes all mixed together ( eggs bacon and mushrooms). Staff nice and friendly. Local bus service close by.

The hotel is located close to St. Constantine, but Varna center is easily reachable within 10-15 min by car. They also offer car rental. I stayed there several times and liked the friendly and helpful staff, the freshly made breakfast and the convenience of the rooms with free WiFi, TV with several UK, US and German channels, the sea view from the balcony and the free parking in front of the hotel. Overall a great price-value experience in a quiet location close to Varna.

Very comfortable, excellent panoramic view of the sea, excellent apartment, good location at few minutes away from the beach. Nothing special in the nearby of the hotel but it is a silent and friendly position. The hotel services are good, breakfast as expected (especially an amazing tasteful cafe), maybe the English communication should be a bit more developed, considering the large number of foreigners spending days in the neighborhood.

We had been in many different hotels in the Varna area this year and have to say that the Amfora was by far the best. The service, the food, the atmosphere were excellent. The apartment that we had was perfect and the view was fantastic. The bed was very comfy which was a bonus as we have slept in some awful beds this summer and so we look forward to next summer and spending lots of time at the Amfora. The only thing we would change is the location as it is a bit far from Varna centre, but with the frequent buses and taxi's it really isn't a problem. To sum up, if you want a fantastic relaxing stay then this is not to be missed.

This hotel is a small, family hotel a 15 minute walk from the beach but quite close to a major road. We found it maybe a bit too small and the pool was miniscule however the overall standard of facilities was good and quite satisfactory for a short stay. If we ( 2 adults and 2 children in a two bedroom apartment) had wanted a longer stay we would probably have looked at a bigger hotel, nearer the beach,

We only stayed 1 night, passing through Varna. Spotlessly clean and very friendly hotel. Staff can't do enough to help and the breakfast was great. At just over £30 for B&B (double room) this was exceptionally good value for money. We were collected at the airport by the owner, Georgi, as part of the service offered by the hotel. No hanging about negotiating with taxi drivers, a luxury Mercedes and straight to the door. Cost 50 lev (about £23-4) for 3 of us which may seem pricey but well worth it for the sheer lack of hassle, comfort and the friendly helpful welcome from the owner. He also offers competitive car hire so speak to him if you're interested.
