The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

I was looking for a hotel in the outskirts of Sofia and after reading reviews for other properties - same stars category but with much lower ratings I picked up this one. It did not disappoint. We booked a standard room but we were upgraded - I had a personal occasion and this was a nice touch. The staff was kind and attentive. Our room was bigger that the rest on the floor, it looked well maintained although a little outdated. Bathroom had a bath-tub and was big enough. The bed was quite huge. Overall we got the comfort we needed. Breakfast was included in the rate and was served in the panorama restaurant at the 3rd floor until 10 a.m. The restaurant is stylish and beautiful. We chose to have the breakfast at the terrace and we had a nice view over Sofia city. For breakfast they offer omelette, English breakfast, pancakes etc. It was delicious. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, big enough for the size of the property. There is also a children section. We enjoyed the time spent here very much, the area is quite and tranquil. In summer guests can have dinner at the bbq restaurant next to swimming pool. I must say food was absolutely delicious. Prices were higher as this is a hotel restaurant. Parking is available and is free of charge. Overall we were very pleased with out stay in the hotel and would recommend it.

There was the smell in the bathroom from drain. And we was staying on the 3 floor. There are no elevator till 3 floor. Only till 2 floor. If you with the luggage like me it is hard to reach the room.

Polite staff, clean room, snow white bed sheets. Bathroom with tub and great water preassure shower with shampoo&conditioner. Enough towels, extra pillows if you want, terrace with a view to Sofia. One great idea is the plate with small croissants and sweets as welcome gift, so nice ;) I have no time to check the breakfast, but the restaurant is very good and the hotel guests have a discount. Try the carrot cake and "Garash" cake made by chef own recipe. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a little hidden gem, just outside of Sofia. A 10 lev taxi ride direct into the centre. Booked for by the very friendly and helpful staff. A lovely greeting in our room, only small but, a nice little touch that was well received. The room decor may not be to everyones taste but the room was massive, clean tidy, well ventilated with a lovely view. Food in the restaurant at breakfast was plentyful. Should I return to Sofia, and its highly likely I will this will be my first choice.
