Great area, great budget place with a great stuff!

Located in central Varna. Good choice of breakfast. Well maintained. Though the parking was included in the reservation I was refused parking upon arrival and had an argument with the picolo about it! So I simply left my car outside the hotel. He never offered help with our luggage either! Later they came asking for my car keys and parked my car at the garage which is insanely tight... I'm just glad there's no damage done on my car. Another annoying thing was that there's no sockets close to the bed where you can charge your mobile devices...

Location is perfect but what's better is the amazing service received from the staff. Very hospitable and kind, let us check in ealier without any trouble and supported us. 15 mins walk to the street and 5 mins walk from high street. Would definitely visit again. Only con is that the room although spotless, had cigarette smell that was really strong and irritating. Small hotel but comfortable size of rooms.

The day after arrival I found the room far too hot and spoke to reception who informed me that the air conditioning was broken and wouldn’t be fixed until the day after my departure due to holidays. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep and I was unable to afford to just leave and book somewhere else. For a 4 star hotel I find this service unacceptable. Despite this the staff were generally friendly and room and hotel was clean and comfortable apart for the temperature. I’m afraid due to the service I received I couldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

great location. had a bit of mess up at check in since hotel.com doesn't share how many people were staying in the room (at least that what i was told by reception staff) but it was sorted out quickly. great help in following up on our lost luggage

This property did not match to my expectations. Old, noisy A/C smelling cigarette smoke from other floors, no facial tissues neither a spoon to stir even a simple medication, no tea or ceffee in room, very hard bed, not impressed by breakfast. Location was advertised as very central - in fact was not. Needs to move to the current times and standards.! Price was very high for what it really offers. Staff iwas nice but it is the owner who has to think about all these matters.

Nice and clean place with very central location. Not very modern disegned but verry good maintained and comfy. I would definitely choose this hotel again. It was strange that the staff gave the invoice for the stay to me even I had benn paid to orbitz directly and giving me the invoice (with their net ammount contracted) I could see how much exactly was the orbitz commision.

My husband and I arrived by bus at about 3am. We called ahead to make sure that someone would be at the front desk and they were ready and waiting. The checkin was very fast, which was a relief at that hour. The room itself is a bit dated, but the shower and bathroom were quite updated and nice. The area was great, it was easy for us to walk to the beach and the big seaside park during the day.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 night stay. The hotel is central, so you can easily see everything on foot. The staff were helpful and professional.

The items in breakfast are not replace often. Coffee is not replace also, and not hot water for tea (you have to ask). Doesn't show any were that you can order an omelette. No shampoo in the bathroom ( you have to call to reception), and shower gel did not replace the next day.

Accueil médiocre à l’arrivée. J’avais envoyé un mail pour demander à réserver une place de parking dans le sous-sol : personne n’y avait répondu. Et à notre arrivée : la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que nous devons trouver une place dans la rue, stationnement payant à 8 euros la journée, samedi et dimanche compris !!! Aucune empathie, aucune intention de nous aider alors qu’on restait 4 nuits pour plus de 400 euros en tout. On se fait « gronder » par la femme de ménage car on sort de notre chambre tard dans la matinée. Le troisième jour : pas de petit déjeuner buffet : un mystère inexpliqué ! Les 3 autres jours nous y avons eu droit. Heureusement que l’hôtel était propre et bien situé à Varna. C’est à peu près le seul avantage qu’on y ait trouvé !

Bien situé dans Varna, pas très loin de la plage publique et du parc du jardin maritime.
