Breakfast was poor in my opinion as there was a lack of variety and no obvious staff around to ask where to get bowls and cutlery from for the cereals. Everything else, however, including the room, service from the staff, and hotel itself was perfect for my short stay in Sofia.

Lovely little hotel in Sofia -nice spacious room & comfy bed…staff are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful, a big shout out to Maya on reception she is a lovely lady and soo helpful.The hotel also has a restaurant and we had dinner there last night we both said it was our best meal since arriving in Bulgaria & good prices…if we ever come back to Sofia we would not hesitate to book Hotel Geneva again 😀

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Geneva! The room was very spacious - double bed, plus a single bed, table with 2 chairs and was set up for making coffee, large TV, new and spotlessly clean large bathroom, and also a patio! We were impressed. Delicious variety of food at breakfast. Both the reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful: turning on the sauna for us ahead of time so it could get up to temperature, allowing us to use their computer to check in for our flight and print boarding passes, calling taxis for us to get us where we needed to go. Very helpful. The hotel is a 5-minute taxi drive away from the pedestrian shopping street and landmarks, costing about 4 leva (2 Euros) - taxi ride back to the hotel via a different taxi service cost more. The area can also be reached by the trams (we did not use them). I recommend this hotel.

The location is pretty good if you want to stay near the bus station that goes from Sofia to Rila Monastery. There’s a tram in the main road in front of the hotel that goes right to the city centre. Breakfast was pretty decent. Room is big and clean but there’s a shared balcony with other rooms so make sure the window is locked. Overall comfortable stay

The hotel is situated in a not so good area of Sofia, the apartment was large and clean with a fridge, tv, and clean towels,a lift operates between floors, after a shower we where the bar was but was told it’s private and not for hotel residents as there wasn’t any facility for food in the hotel we asked where we could eat and was told a Greek restaurant nearly a quarter of a mile away

Nice place, a bit smaller than you'd expect from the pictures. It's in a quiet area. I left early and changed hotels as I needed to be closer, but this was a pleasant experience!
