Reception staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was good quality as well. No hair dryer in bathroom but adequate number of pillows, blankets, and towels provided.

Very freindly staff and ideal location for exploring varna. Comfortable rooms, clean and the only negative is the lack of a kettle in the room. Would recommend to anybody looking for a budget hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre about 10 mins from the beach. 24 hour Happy Bar and Grill just outside the hotel and 24 hour supermarket next door. A few handy takeaways and other cafes nearby in the park opposite. The reception were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room itself was large and well fitted out with air conditioning which worked well and a 32" flat panel TV.

The hotel is in a great location, very central and the Happy's restaurant downstairs had great food and still serving at 11pm when we arrived. The rooms was good and comfortable, not too outdated but did smell a little like cigarettes so we slept with the windows open. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
