We enjoyed our weekend stay at Hotel Panorama. The location is great for the beach, and within walking distance of most of the sights. The room was large and clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Would recommend!

I stayed at Hotel Panorama in Varna and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful especially during the night shift. When I asked for basic things like extra pillows or better ones (the ones in the room were completely flat), the response was rude and unprofessional. At one point, a member of staff even entered my room without proper reason or notice, which felt like a real invasion of privacy.
The room itself was uncomfortable poor quality bedding, single beds pushed together, and no sense of comfort at all. Even basic amenities like water and coffee were charged separately, which is ridiculous for the price they charge per night. The overall service and attitude were unacceptable.
I had stayed earlier at Modus Hotel nearby, which was excellent friendly staff, great comfort, and professional service. Panorama can’t even come close.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Varna. There are far better options nearby that treat guests with respect and actually care about their comfort.

The hotel is a good option for a beach front property in Varna. Location is excellent close to the park, beach and tons of dining. Facility is aging and needs renovation (furniture, old carpets, toilet pressure, etc.) but still functioning. Staff is very polite and friendly, and when issues arize they do help. Breakfast has some unique options and offers a lot of different options, yet some things are odd (taking plates and utensils down by your feet, crammed space by drinks, etc.) If you are expecting a simple stay, you will not be disappointed). However, do not expect luxury, if so, go elsewhere.

I had a room with a full view of the Black Sea, it was lovely. The boardwalk in front of the hotel will lead to many restaurants, the zoo, and a few museums. Though my stay was in mid-May, several of the beach restaurants were already opening. The staff was exceptionally nice and the morning breakfast was convenient and tasty. If I find myself back in Varna I will be staying at the Hotel Panorma.
