Initially there was an issue with the booking but it was quickly resolved.

Absolutely terrible. Staff don't want to work. Need change front reception staff for it to look better. Than again. Keep it as it is because i like reading comments how bad the place is 😂😂

Hotel Tia Maria is mostly for your organised guests which is fine. Very nice and helpful reception stuff. The hotel has its best time gone but it is still decent place to stay. Good breakfast. Better then expected. We had few small issues which didn’t affect our stay however one major thing happened which ruined completely our perception of Tia Maria. Small bits were - a leak behind a toilet every time you flashed it, towels with a massive holes in it (mind you all towels were bright white and washed - just some pretty old). We only slept there one night. Once we check out and moved to the next destination my friend noticed that £100 and 200BGN were missing from her purse. We only left a room that day for two hours to go to the beach and staff were clearly aware where we gone and how long for as we told a cleaner lady. It is sad to know that some of Tia Maria employers take advantage and steal from guests. So if you decide to stay there watch out. You a safe or don’t leave anything valuable in your room.

the hotel itself if not bad, but the reception management is terrible. When I arrived my room was given to someone else and i was supposed to be moved to `better` hotel, which was terrible. After i refused to stay there the reception manager has promised to reimburse my first night but didn`t do it. Next day i was given a room in the lux part of the hotel - which is very basic and my room was on the first floor on the busy main road of Sunny beach where was very noisy. My neighbors were drunk every night as disturbing me as well.

we both knew that waiting 1 hour just to sign in at reception, that things were not going according to plan. we asked for a room with pool view, got a ground floor look at the car park at rear of hotel. they NEVER looked at our special recommendations for this stay. entered the room, first thing we noticed that the carpet was filthy. shower head hanging off, even small bin in toilet was broke, beds far too low to ground and bad mattresses. so called Wi-Fi could not connect, because of our position at the rear of hotel. we thought well what else in store for us at this supposedly great hotel. sure enough at 2am till 6am every day we were subjected to rowdy behaviour from mostly young kids banging and shouting. just could not sleep at all during our stay. we would seriously NOT recommend this hotel to anyone

I atayed at this hotel for ten days. I would not stay there again. The food was awful and we had to eat out due to this. The pool was always packed. The only good thing was the air condition.

Rude receptionist, broken air con in room, dirty pillows and sheets, no mattress covers, towels and bedding not changed all week, mound in shower, terrible breakfast, broken lifts, need I go on??!!!

This hotel has got to be the worst hotel outside of the UK that I have ever stayed in. Their is absolutely nothing nice I can say about this hotel. There is no management/staff etiquette whatsoever. You have no idea who actually works at this hotel there is simply no dress code for any staff members including Manager/ Reception/Bar Staff/Kitchen Staff. There is no health or hygiene policies in place at this hotel. Kitchen staff are walking in and out of the kitchen wearing shorts and vests, (and on one occasion one male staff member came out of the kitchen carrying food wearing bare chest and flip flops on his feet. Made my stomach churn. They have a complaints/compliments book in the hotel and we are feelings known in the book also. Our rooms were missing light bulbs, the fridge wasn't working and the hairdresser on the website it said iron/ironing board supplied neither of these were available. Bedding changed once a week and towels changed every 3 days. Mattresses on beds were in terrible condition heavily stained. We went all inclusive, but it definitely wasnt all inclusive as I know it, it was set meal times with ice creams only available between 3 - 5pm, there was no beer available for the first 3 days we were there and so many different excuses as to why. The food was abysmal !!. Only ever served chicken or pork and everything was cold. We ended up eating out so all inclusive was just an utter waste of money. Got tired of complaining!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

The hotel was horrible. Cleanliness was bad. No toilet paper during whole stay. Towels not changed during whole stay. Breakfast quality was really low: old bread and juices tasting like some kind of chemistry.

I told them to clean My rooom like everyday they say «ok we will clean» and they never do. Had 9 days stay and i will never ever back to Tia Maria.

Horrible!! Es feo, viejo, ruidoso, internet malísimo. No respetaron la reserva y quisieron tomar ventaja de ello queriendo reembolsarme en efectivo menos de lo que pagué por la App.

Ci hanno assegnato una camera diversa da quella prenotata. Aria condizionata (fuori 34 gradi) rotta, mancava anche lo scopino per il water, hotel caotico e rumoroso. unica cosa positiva, la pulizia della stanza, che comunque non è poco

Super Küche, Top-Speise-Auswahl. Alles sehr lecker und frisch. Gute und relativ saubere Zimmer.

- Siivous hotellilla oli kehnosti järjestetty. Siivoojat eivät tunteneet koputtamista ennen huoneeseen tulemista ja se oli hyvin hajanaista. Huonettamme ei siivottu käytännössä kuin kerran viikon aikana. - Hotellin allasalue oli todella pieni mitoitettuna sen kokoon. - Äänieristystä huoneissa ei käytännössä ollut. - Aamupala olisi voinut olla runsaampi. - Hotellin Wifi yhdisti muttei toiminut. + Hyvää hotellissa oli todella halpa hinta ja englantia puhuvan henkilökunnan ystävällisyys.

Hotellet har tre delar. Den nybyggda som visas mkt här på bilderna heter Tia Maria Deluxe. Genom vår bokning här hamnade vi på den gamla delen. Vi fick en lägenhet (bokade junior suite). Mkt gamla möbler, rätt slitet. Duschen fanns egentligen inte. Det är en toalett som har en duschslang. Så man duschar vid WC-stolen och allt blir blött. Rummen sopades ej under vår vistelse. Bad om att byta handdukar så det fixades en gång. Maten var fruktansvärd. Hade frukost och middag inkluderat i bokningen. Åt där en gång bara. Väldigt billig mat, grönsaker ur konserver, pasta och pommes torra. Kändes som "grismat". Vi åt ute varje dag och det är mycket godare mat ute!!! Det som var positivt var att det var lugnt på lägenhetsdelen - inga högljuda fester etc. Vi hade två små barn med oss. Och nästan alltid fritt vid poolen som är vid lägenheterna. Finns en affär nära och bankomat. Trevlig personal!

Tia Maria is a nice hotel about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The staffs are very helpful and in our room we had everything we needed for our stay.
