Kaliakra Palace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kaliakra: quality food, very helpful personell, child friendly, a few steps to the beach. The downside from my point of view is that there is actually no area on the beach itself reserved for Kaliakra clients. That means that on the beach you will not be able to hire umbrella, etc. Also it is extremely noisy until 12am if you have booked the room with the sea view. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel

Being a 4 star hotel and with the impression you get from the internet when you book, it is nowhere near what you can expect. The hotel itself is quite dilapidated, the lift is out of order every two hours and the room was not clean when we arrived. Things that were broken were only half done to fix. Hole in the ceiling, lots of dust etc. The outdoor area is great, and the staff were very nice. We also had all inclusive which we were very disappointed with due to the selection. You had the same thing every single day, no change.. Could also have had more choice of drinks without alcohol. Other things that were good were the entertainment at the hotel. But all in all this is a hotel that was not worth the money, and that we never would chosen again… We changed hotels after a week, to a hotel that was 3 stars, but 10 times better. So Kaliakre, or Vemara beach (??) Hotel, after the change of name, has a lot to do before they can have the 4 stars..

C’était horrible, l’hôtel n’est pas propre, le personnel n’est pas gentil ni accueillant, un seul ascenseur pour plus de 200 chambres 7 étage et qui peut prendre 4 personnes, le restaurant principal est un buffet horrible, il y a très peux de choix beaucoup de porc et pas beaucoup de viande et voir pas de poisson, et le restaurant à la carte on y a droit une seul fois durant le séjour, il y a 2 bar un avec des alcools très très pas de gamme et des jus de fruit en poudre infecte inclus dans le all-inclusive et l’autre est payant, le bbq est fermé, et le snac est très peux ouvert dans la journée avec comme nourriture des parts de pizza infectes et des pâtes trop cuites et des glaces sans goût, la piscine extérieur est petite vue la taille de l’hôtel et il y a très peux de transat et les gens les réserves avec l’eur serviettes ou en prenne plein car il voyage très nombreux( des voyageurs roumain qui viennent en voiture, car le frontière est à côté), la piscine intérieure est fermée, la plage privé est très très sale elle n’est pas entretenue ni surveillée comparé à ses voisine qui sont surveillés est propre, il y a très peux de transat sur la plage privé et il sont très serré et il n’y a pas de matelas pour les transat, il y en a très surtout et il sont vite pris pour toute la journée à partir de 7h30 du matin. Petite précision lié aux COVID-19 il n’y a aucun personnel avec le masque et aucun geste barrière et ni même entre clients de l’hôtel je dirais même que toute vous colle

Ich verbrachte eine Woche im Kaliakra Hotel. Die Anlage hatte positiven wie auch negativen Punkte. + 24h bar + Grösse der Zimmer mit Balkon + Massage + shop in der Anlage + Preisleistungsverhältnis geht auf, man kann aber ja nichts mehr erwarten. +\- Animationsteam, gaben zum mindestens ihr bestes. +\- afterdinner, jedoch schmeckte nur den Kuchen dort. - Putzteam, bereits um sieben Uhr morgens wurden die Reinigungsarbeiten mit lautem Geschrei und Gesang begonnen. Die Reinigung per se war knapp genügend. Auf den Tischen wurde nur rasch und grob geputzt. Unter dem Bett wurde die letzte Reinigung im letzten Jahrhundert gemacht - Sportanlagen waren alle ungenügend, bis auf den Billiardtisch. Fussball-, Basketball- und Volleyballplatz war ein Käfig, welcher mit einen synthetischen Teppisch ausgelegt war. Bis da alles i.O. Jedoch war dieser angerissen und die Verletzungsgefahr war gross. Tischtennis: Die Schläger waren angefressen. Der Tisch war ok. - Internetverbindung sehr langsam, auf dem Balkon hatten wir kein Empfang - Reception: nicht ausgebildet, keine Organisation, zum Glück hatten wir nicht oft mit ihnen zu tun - Essen katastrophal, ungeniessbar, ab den 3. Tag asen wir nur noch draussen. Das Zeug schmeckte alles andere als frisch. - Liftaufzüge: sehr klein und langsam (max 4 Personen, 320kg) lange Wartezeit, da die Anlage über 7 Etagen verteilt ist... - Fernseher funktionierte mit einem Schneeeffekt... als hätten wir einen ultra hd Fernseher..
