The friendliest reception in Bulgaria yet. The staff, amazing. The property, amazing. The location and view (guess) - amazing. There is a restaurant 3 steps away w wonderful food and service, the room was HUGE, parking was a breeze and the breakfast is phenomenal. It’s not modern. It’s old world, clean, quiet, lovely and has good beds. We needed to book this due to a last minute change in plans and couldn’t be happier Note: I should have asked her name, but there was a front desk employee at the time of check in who was so lovely and helpful. I hope her supervisor sees this because she is doing a wonderful job.

The Park-Hotel was a bit old fashioned in how it looked, but that was absolutely not a problem. The room was comfortable, spacious, had a seating area, a bath and a separate shower and ours had a view across the lake. The pool was really good and open later than most, 8pm. There was also a wet room and whilst I didn't have a massage, it was available at a really reasonable cost. We ate dinner at the outdoor restaurant with a lake view and the food was very good. Breakfast was in the indoor restaurant and also good. The WiFi was free and fast. Plenty of free parking with easy access to the town centre and local monuments and a good jump off point when visiting the Buzludzha Monument. Highly recommended.

Le foto di presentazione dell'hotel non danno l'idea di quanto datate siano le stanze. La camera aveva forte odore di fumo e la moquette macchiata sicuramente non ha migliorato l'immagine. Colazione servita a partire dalle 7.30, non propriamente ideale quando si viaggia per lavoro.
