Adventure Siem Reap Lodge

This guesthouse/hotel was located further than I expected from the down town area, you need to walk dirt road quite a long time to reach this place. When i enter the room. I found a big cockroach on the wall next to the restroom. Room pictures looked clean and new but it was nothing like that. Ive been traveling east asia long time so i don't expect much to be honest but air conditioning machine stopped working suddenly. It looked like more than 15 years old. I couldnt stay in the room anymore because it was too hot without airconditioning in cambodia, but they didn't have a room for me to move. I asked for the refund and they said they will when I contact expedia. But the owner has been ignoring expedia’s call for a couple days. Finally, expedia contacted me and said my payment cant be refunded because of hotel’s non refundable policy.. the owner declined my refund request..Seriously? I wish there won’t be case like mine. I do not recommend this place at all.

It was a.great stay with a very good location. Our room did not have any window which was a bit claustrophobic but it was superclean and the people very nice!

メインストリートから少し奥に入ったところにあり、非常に便利且つ静かな環境。部屋もグレードアップしてくれ、綺麗且つ広い部屋で、コスパ抜群。あえて言えば、洗面所のスライド扉のストッパーが潰れていて、すぐに扉が外れてしまい、これは宿泊室としてかなり不便ではあり、減点。とは言え、また行く機会があれば、リピートしたいレベルのホテル。
