Check-in and check-out were quick and painless. The room is nice, clean, with a small balcony where you can sit. The surrounding area is filled with shops, basic facilities, and a morning market that boasts many breakfast choices! Centrally located, near Naga World 2 (in case you want to experience the Chinese entertainment complex). Overall, a good stay for a decent price.

Overall the hotel is around. 6/10 the rooms are nice and the area is good, however the rooms didn’t get cleaned once, the pool area is pretty grim!

The staff is excellent, room was good with a few minor issues. Plug-ins were in bad shape, did not connect well with devices. Outside wall very poor sound isolation, bit of a smell from tje bathroom, could be from floor drain, kept door closed and used air fresh spray when entered. Great location, spacious room with very nice bed, largest bathroom I had in awhile. Great coffe/pub shop on main floor, pool on 7th floor

this is first time i saw the bed bugs in real life not on TV! you know if you see couple bed bugs there is more in this hotel.
