Excellent budget place! Good breakfast, staff were friendly, bed was pretty comfortable, good bathroom, room was large, wifi pretty good, about 15 min walk to pub street and the night market, lots of cheap bicycle and electric scooter rental shops nearby to go see temples.

The receptionist was nice so I'll give it a yes. The bed was ok. but the pillow was dirty and the bathroom is filthy! the water smells like rust, water was running really slow and could not even use the shower head.

Hotel staffs are so nice and they even serve us breakfast earlier than scheduled time. the man even called buntham virak bus for free. it's cheap though. you get what you paid but water is filthy. I wish amenities be improved because location and staffs are so nice

I will not recommend this place. Not well maintained. Room is old. Light is a bit dark, hence, not giving me good vibes. Water smells like rust. I booked for 2 nights but I did not use. I immediately transferred to another hotel as I don't want my comfort to suffer. Location is good.

Dirty and room smells bad like an old furniture. Smells like never been used and never been cleaned. Water in the shower room is too weak. Toilet bowl is filthy. No air condition. Room is hot. Don't stay here.
