The staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom is good. The location is strategic, with restaurants and a minimarket nearby. There is also a laundry service available at a reasonable price. I was given a room on the 4th floor, which requires quite a bit of effort to go up and down the stairs. For those with knee or leg problems, it's better to request a room on a lower floor.
