Arrivée à l'hôtel on nous dit que "ce n'est pas payé et qu'il 'faut payer" donc on a dû payer en liquide le problème étant que j'ai été prélevé une deuxième fois par hôtel.com donc nous avons payé deux fois le logement à la place d'une fois je demande donc le remboursement merci
