Alpine Inn & Suites

Not one to leave poor reviews but we couldn’t get in the room with the key and had to get the manager to do it and she looked at us like we were nuts for not being able to do it but we’re not idiots, it really didn’t work. The floor shook with the AC unit but it was sweltering all night long so nobody slept well. That’s likely why we were so acutely aware of the thumping noise, something similar to moving furniture, but in the middle of the night. The shower didn’t drain well so there was two inches of water as we showered. The internet worked… if we stood on the bed with our phones in the air. Not our best experience. It was clean but not somewhere we’d likely stay again.

Stay was great. There was a scent to the room but could open the windows to air out and they did have a/c. You can tell upgrades are happening to the property. It was a great location

The family suite is large and spacious. It met our needs just fine. We had two full bedrooms and a kitchen, living room, and dining room. Bedrooms get hot on a hot summer’s day. A/C only in kitchen/living room. Feels like a well-used motel suite somewhat refreshed on its second life. But it meets the needs, and was reasonably priced for the location and size.

There was nothing unique - this is an older property that is trying to do an upgrade - first challenge - getting the door to open with my key card - had to give it a hard push to open. 2. I am on the upper floor - could hear people walking up the stairs and along the outside walkway. 3. While it was a long weekend - the pricing was much higher than this property really should be charging. It was over $200 for one night - $150 would be a better rate. 4. Would rate it perhaps a 2 or 2.5. 5. Good news - I slept well.

Beds where decent, the bathtub was completely plugged with hair and other things that floated back up the drain while showering. The halways smelt.

Expensive

The area was fine but our room had so many mosquitoes and an earwig. The linens on the beds didn't seem very clean. There was what seemed/looked like pubic hairs in the bathtub and there was a dirty pair of mens underwear and garbage in the bedroom under the dresser. Wouldn't stay here again for what we paid for one night and the cleanliness.

The price is worth it to stay.. Nice

No dining area, nor pool or hot tub available.

V bad rooms with uncomfortable bedding. No AC in the room but in common area for whole suite which isn’t sufficient on hot days Washroom had weird smell and had to spray my own deodorant to eliminate odour. Carpet is dirty. the only good thing is kitchen and utensils are available , so you can cook your food.

I will not go there again

This hotel is a dump. Very dirty. There were multiple bugs in the room. I moved the suitcase stand and there was so much dust and grime behind it. Very outdated. The pictures are NOT what the room looks like.

Easy to find

They advertised a hot tub but was empty.

Check-in was easy. But the property is poorly maintained. Towels were yellowish and comforters were literally dirty and covered with sheets. And the property was noisy even after 11pm.

Very clean room... would be nice if they wash their carpets often.

Not very impressed, toilet was not functioning, very challenging with 3 kids.

Pretty average, bed to sleep on.
