Miror door of toilet was broken and Bcs room is very small so it was very embarrassing to use it’s like open area… and bed was very compressed in the middle I felt like sleeping in a hole :/

Great little spot in Ste Adele with comfortable rooms, a relaxing river ,wonderful spa options with hot / cold bassins, saunas, etc.. the views are incredible this time of year! The staff is very courteous and is there to help with your questions..a must try!!

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet établissement. À première vue, le cadre est agréable, mais on constate rapidement que l’endroit est resté dans son jus et manque d’entretien. Nous pensions avoir accès au spa, mais tout était en supplément. Après avoir visité, nous avons été dérangés par le bruit constant de la grande route située juste à côté. Finalement, nous avons préféré aller au Strom Spa, à seulement 10 minutes, pour le même prix et une expérience bien plus reposante. Notre chambre a été une déception : vieillotte, sans charme ni décoration. Le petit-déjeuner inclus se résumait à une lunch box avec deux tranches de gâteau sous plastique, deux yaourts, deux pommes, deux minis jus et des céréales dans un sac ziploc — vraiment pas à la hauteur. La terrasse manquait totalement de vie : pas de fleurs, pas de déco, et une seule chaise alors que la chambre est prévue pour deux personnes. Impossible de profiter d’un verre le soir car la lumière extérieure ne fonctionnait pas. Pire encore, un clou dépassait du plancher et m’a blessé à l’orteil. Plusieurs détails renforçaient ce sentiment de négligence : moustiquaire cassée, abat-jours scotchés et orientés directement vers le visage, installation de la climatisation bricolée au ruban adhésif, salle de bain vieillissante avec meuble abîmé, savon presque vide, une serviette tachée et une odeur nauséabonde provenant des éviers. La douche manquait de pression et n’avait aucun support pour poser les produits.

The staff was very friendly. Stayed at the refuge for 2 nights.The problem was my room. Mattress is completely finished. The toilet bowl clogged twice.need to renovate the small bathroom + change mattress in my opinion

Great place by the river. Room was clean with a river view. We did not have any shampoo or shower gel in the room and if you have booked breakfast they would hand you some yogurt ,cereal and a cake when you check in for you to take to your room and eat it the second day. I would recommend the place

We booked a suite for one night at Auberge & Spa Beaux-Rêves, which included breakfast. On-site, we also opted for the basic spa package. Location: Excellent — you’re right next to the river, and the connection with nature is immediate. Parking: Free. Spa: There are multiple stations including saunas, relaxation areas, hot pools, etc. Please note that there is also a premium spa option, which is more expensive and includes additional features. Rating: 4 out of 5 Locker: Not included in the spa price — costs $3.75 (tax included). Room: Great view of the river. Cleanliness was below expectations. We couldn’t sit outside due to rain — the balcony above didn’t fully cover us. Amenities in the room were average: shower gel, shampoo, and two Keurig coffee pods. No mugs were provided, so we had to use drinking glasses. There is a mini fridge and air conditioning. Rating: 3 out of 5 Breakfast: We received a small bag for two people, which included: 2 yogurts 2 juices 2 protein cereal bars 2 pieces of marble cake 1 small bag of cereal 2 Keurig coffee pods 2 tangerines (one of which was rotten) We ended up going to an IGA supermarket just 2 minutes away to get ourselves a proper breakfast. Rating: 1 out of 5 Bistro: We didn't try it. Staff: Friendly, smiling, and professional. Overall: Due to the poor room cleanliness, disappointing breakfast, and the inability to enjoy the view from our balcony, my overall rating was lower than expected.

Just open the patio door on the balcony and ear the river flow all night long was so relaxing… Never slept that well! Love the place. But Hotels.com should offer the room with the spa special, because I thought that we had it and I had to pay for it.

Picturesque setting on the river makes this small spa the perfect romantic getaway. Staff was lovely and it has all the amenities of larger spas with none of the crowds.

Un très beau week-end en amoureux. Cest un endroit coquet, avec la possibilité de prendre le forfait spa en plus de la chambre. La vue est paisible et magnifique. Le foyer au gaz dans la chambre ajoute une touche de chaleur et de romantisme au week-end. Juste parfait pour celles et ceux qui aiment la simplicité

This feels like a bait and switch. The breakfast was not a meal but rather yogurt and granola bars with ingredients that I couldn't eat. You also do not have use of the hot tub despite being mentioned as an amenity. This is a lovely property, but I did not receive the services that I expected for the rate. I specifically chose this property for use of the hot tub and did not receive the service I expected.

What a beautiful spa and accommodation. Right on the road, but rooms in the woods.

I loved it so much I had to book another weekend. The Cozy Cabin was absolutely charming, a rustic old wood cabin tucked into the woods with the wonderful sound of the river below. Sitting on the screen enclosed veranda watching the river with a coffee was sublime. The spa facilities were fantastic so many different options. I couldn’t have asked for more relaxing weekend.

Neglected to mention extra charge of 80 dollars to use the pool and hot tub. The "breakfast" portion of this B&B was a couple of Costco brand cereal bars and individual yoghurts in a bag at the door. Not worth half what we paid.

Unique because it offered a quiet and serene experience with or without the spa option. The premises were clean and safe and bathroom nicely updated. Nice size veranda with table and comfy chairs. However the queen size room we were in could have used a furniture facelift. The rocking chair was old with soiled cushion; coffee maker was not functioning; and the bureau’s drawers did not slide in and out easily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return’ for another stay.
