Quantité un peu trop restreinte de nourriture pour le déjeuner, il a manqué de pain. Nous étions dans la chambre 104, juste en dessous de la salle à manger et difficile de dormir après 7h de matin, on entendait tous les pas et le va et vient. Sinon, tout était parfait

The room didn't lock and was very noisy
There was no internet connection information, so I couldn't use it.
It is a hostel so a lot of transit and noise.

Poor value - Hotel prices for a hostel / boarding house with private rooms. No staff on site (except a cleaner in morning). Basement rooms - hear everything from above - dripping condensation minimized by towels wrapped around pipes in room, poor ventilation and doors are propped open with breeze blocks. Do not recommend.

The best part about this place is its proximity to Saguenay Fjord National Park. Otherwise, it is an OK property.
Pros: self check-in was very easy; the bed was very comfortable; the room had a desk that made it easy to do some computer work; the area was really quiet and helped with a good night's sleep.
Cons: the property in general was a bit run-down; my room had a towel wrapped around a pipe; some hallway doors were held open with cinder-blocks; the common kitchen area had very little ventilation and felt stuffy; from my room in the basement, the sound of footsteps of the folks upstairs were quite loud.
Overall, I would have expected a better facility for the price.
