Hotel is charming and made our Christmas market experience complete. Staff were welcoming & professional. Our room was a warm inviting retreat after cold days in the outdoors. Everything was in an easy walk from hotels old Quebec City location. We loved this place and will plan a return visit for sure!!!

Was moved to sister hotel “Hotel 71” Different ambience than Auberge Saint- Pierre Felt like a bate and switch perhaps because I booked with Expedia room was fine but not what was advertised

Nice lobby...quaint rooms...overall was "fine" Didn't blow me away...room was cold and not well regulated temperature, lights/bathroom fan annoyed our ability to rest.

The staff have provided excellent service from valet parking staff to reception and housekeeping. The room is clean and we had a very nice stay. I’ve found a place to stay for my future visits Quebec City. Thank you all and keep up the great job!
