As an English speaking guest, they were accomodating and very welcoming. Rooms were beautifully decorated while retaining the period features - beds very comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic with local fares and amazing views of the seaway. Hoping to return someday soon!

Everything about our stay here was delightful. The rooms, the staff, the breakfasts, the location,and, most importantly, the view looking out to the St. Lawrence river was all we could want. I highly recommend this auberge and hope we can return sometime.

My friend and I shared a double room with a private bath overlooking the garden. The room was cosy and quiet, and our beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our complimentary and abundant morning breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the bay.
We were warmly welcomed by our hostess, Lise, and it was a pleasure to meet and converse with some of the other guests. There is also a spacious indoor shared area where guests can relax and socialize.
The location was ideal for us, as it was within walking distance to restaurants, the walking and cycling path along the river and other local attractions.
While a fan was provided in our guest room, there is no air conditioning, so it may be something to consider during the hot and humid months.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly return if the opportunity arises.

This is a quaint inn with rustic charm. Our room was large and clean with a fantastic view onto the St. Lawrence river. There is a lovely area outside with tables to watch the view. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety.

A very pretty old style house located on a really beautiful property with a formidable view of the St. Lawrence river. The manager of the Auberge sur la Côte is very friendly, understanding and accommodating. It has been a our third stay in this place and we highly recommend it for a short or longer visits to La Malbaie - it's gorgeous!

The property is old, but the owner has kept the charm of the property with all the old decor and new modern amenities. Our room Miss lovie was superb, we had an amazing view of the river from our room. The owner made sure that she speaks to each one of her guest every day and understands their request. The breakfast option was very good from the fresh fruits to locally made cheese of the area and freshly baked muffins. I would really want to appreciate Ms. Lise who is the owner of this place for welcoming us to her beautiful place and making us feel we are at our home. And definitely we will return and stay at this place.

Auberge sur La Côte in La Malbaie is a delight. Century old building lovingly maintained and decorated, every detail given consideration. The view from the front garden overlooking the St Lawrence River is breathtaking. Our room was cosy and inviting. The common areas large and comfortable, almost like your own home. The breakfast was tasty with healthy options and served with a smile. We will definitely return.
