This is a perfect location when I travel with my Grandkids. I can enjoy activities in the Vancouver area and then take in the Zoo down the road. The rooms are clean and have adequate space. The indoor pool is a great amenity and the breakfast in the morning is acceptable. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Still seems pretty new. Everything was in good condition. Staff was helpful and polite. Love the free Espresso machine in the lobby. Pool is clean and warm. Only issue was that the self serve laundry dryer is weak and requires multiple cycles to dry a load. Great place.

We stayed here for one night hoping it would improve our day but it completely ruined it. We payed 240$ on Expedia but than when we got there they charged us an extra 68$ for a fee because apparently our 2 small children require a “adult fee” even though my youngest one is literally 12. Than they had the audacity to charge even more to “update our room” because we had a 10lb puppy even after I already payed the pet fee. Keep in mind none of these fees were mentioned on the website and details. Don’t recommend to anyone.

The hotel charge me extra for my 13 and 15 year old. Even though Expedia clearly states the base rate is for 4 people which is exactly the amount of people we had.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not too bad, parking and location convenient to other stores and entertainment we were planning to do. There were, unfortunately, two silverfish we saw in our room the one night we stayed. Fine stay for one night though.

The hot tub was cold and the pool was even colder at best. The rooms were small and hot/humid even with the air conditioning “on” there was a strong smell of cleaner once inside the room. Not enough room for two adults and one 10 year old child. Location was great for our trip, the breakfast was just ok. Staff was great and the premises were clean. I would not stay here again.

The breakfast was really poor, maybe it’s what it is in Canada , but to European standard it’s poor. No fruit, only one choice of egg, poor selection of yoghurt and the breakfast room had a very basic interior. And the bedroom, it was big enough, but through choices of management the left side of the bed was difficult reachable. You have to shuffle innend out of bed.
