Hotel says Langley but it’s called located in Aldergrove which makes it farther from Vancouver if your wanting a closer drive. Pool was clean and hot tub was hot! Breakfast was always fresh and hot with lots of room to sit. Convenient location to many different attractions and boarder crossings. Good price and friendly staff

There were a couple of silver fish in the room, but once we brought it to the staff’s attention, they were right on it! They sent housekeeping in to clean and spray the room for us.

Pool is quite small and only 5’ deep but it was clean. Hot tub was nice and warm and good jets. Lots of places to walk to for food - breakfast was a nice addition but one waffle maker was broken and caused alot of delay.

Arrived during a power outage... the generator wasn't working.. so all guests were in the dark.. was told I couldnt check in.. waited an hour for the repair man to fix generator to no avail. Then when they finally allowed me to check in, because the internet was down so was the debit/credit machine for incedentals and pet fee.. i was then demanded to give them all the cash I had on hand or else I couldnt check in... not given a solution like here's your room you reserved months ago.. come to the desk in the morning and we will finalize the paperwork.. no solution.. I was made to feel less than a paying customer. Will never stay at a best western ever again. Horrible customer service

Clean and proper Breakfast room could be updated They have a nice gym with a terrible schedule: 8-9pm — being there for a week in business thus was an absolute inconvenience. A sensible young man st the front desk allowed us in the first day, we are mature adults with no noise of grunts lifting weights and we said we would not turn the tv on. The next day when we came to front desk for the same sensible request, they do have a sheet to sign in your name and time of entry and time leaving the gym (a full page, filled with names before us)….. a terribly rude manager who did not even say good morning after arriving late (past 7am), he was loud confronting, rude and illogical. Completely unprofessional and over all the reason why we will not be spending 10 or any days again in this place if this is not revised. The ladies and other young man were sensible, polite and profesional. This man really gives the hotel a sour point. Observations: 1) illogical gym schedule 2) un accomodating rude morning manager The rest was quite fine, and commendable.

The reception lady at night on may 9th made me feel that I’m a refugee to this hotel. She had a terrible attitude towards me! I don’t recommend anyone to experience this!!! Also, pool water was ice cold.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds. The showers are questionable..I asked for a rubber bath mat to place in the shower, as that felt safer than the texture on the floor of it. The breakfast was good. But the toaster was an issue for several. I'd suggest a 4 slice toaster..or two. But it was a verh pleasant stay.

Room was clean Everything worked Room smelled good Shower was nice Breakfast room is great Mattresses seemed smaller than a queen size bed, and we are used to memory foam, so the springs were a challenge. Blackout curtains were effective Love the coffee machine in the lobby, and the filter water dispenser. Overall, a great experience
