The staff was friendly and helpful. The waterfront beach location was terrific. Pleasant large, clean room. Have stayed at numerous Best Westerns but this one had the best breakfast by far.

Beautiful property and room, amazing view, nice lobby area, good coffee in lobby, friendly staff, good food. Will definitely come again. Only issue was the coffee machine in the room being a bit hard to figure out and breakfast having no butter and no syrup. Otherwise top notch!

Staff were great did everything they could to help. Fire place was not working the first night. After trying they said they would get it working the next day. While we were out for diner they sent up 2 extra thick blankets and a space heater. They did this with out even being asked. The next morning it was repaired. They were super attentive and very friendly and helpful. Would stay again great location great service great staff. Breakfast was great as well as the room was fantastic. Very comfy beds . Well kept hotel.

Amazing beach front suites to one of the prettiest beaches We felt like we hardly had to leave the resort because the best of Tofino was right there. Hot tub broke on our last day and it was very disappointing bc it had a great view of the ocean and the stars at night If they expanded or got a second outdoor hot tub area this place would be incredible (hot tub was very busy)

Hotel is clean and the location is amazing. Good for dog owners. Hot tub is not really hot though. Breakfast is okay but during our stay there was only one staff and even thought she did her absolute best with a smile, she had hard time to keep filling up.

Nice spacious room with modern decor. Comfy bed. Very good daily housekeeping. Very good care for the property, including gardeners keeping outside tidy. The Browns restaurant was a great place to enjoy complimentary breakfast. We will be back.

Friendly staff at reception, they helped combine to reservations so we would not have to change room during an extended stay. The hotel amenities are great wth a good bar/restaurant on site and direct beach access from the room to surf in the morning! There are panoramic views of the ocean from the bed. Just perfect overall!

The best part about the day was the view. The fold out bed in the loft suite was incredibly uncomfortable, and we were unable to sleep on it. But they will charge you for every person staying in the rim above two people even though it sleeps six I imagine they do that to cover the breakfast cost, but the breakfast wasn’t good. Either scrambled eggs made from liquid egg, which was more like a scrambled loaf, sausages that left a very strange taste in your mouth, and packaged waffles that had hard clumps of sugar cubes in them.
