We got exactly what we wanted for both us and our overseas guests,ie booked in May and stayed in Sept. and even the room requested was granted. Only thing I noticed was the corridor carpets looking a bit threadbare by the elevator doors, but took nothing away from a great short stopover.

We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row and enjoyed our stay both times. Very convenient to all Clifton Hill attractions and the Falls. Free parking and breakfast was a bonus!

Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic. But property is showing its age. Great having parking included. Breakfast was included but was the same thing every day. Convenient location. Was okay for the price and we would stay there again.

The pool is tiny but clean. All the patio doors opened onto the enclosed front lobby so if you like the smell of pool chlorine, you will like having your patio door open. Breakfast was good with fresh bread and cereal products and coffee, juice and milk. We stayed clear of the sausage patties after our first day there though. There was a very odd smell in the 5th floor hallway but we spent most of the days out so it wasn’t a huge issue. Staff were courteous and kept everything clean. It isn’t the top of the line hotel but we have definitely stayed at worse. We would stay again.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times. Often we stayed on an Expedia deal where we received casino credits and other coupons. In the past, I have always given a three* rating, which I felt was fair. Our latest stay, however, left me reconsidering that, and I feel I have to drop to a two* rating. This hotel definitely needs a refresh! The carpeting in the hallways and room is old and looks dirty, wallpaper is peeling, furniture in the room was old and some was needing upholstery repair. I don’t think we will be returning to this hotel even with the temptation of credits. Sad to say, because it is in a great location with free parking, internet and breakfast and the staff is always pleasant. There are too many other hotel choices in Niagara Falls to settle for this one.

The rooms were clean but it does have that old hotel room smell, it’s not the greatest but for a two night stay it was good. The hotel staff are nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast, that was included with our stay, was really good, not a lot to choose from but what they had was good. Very close to Niagara Falls views, a 6 minute walk, loved the sunrise!

The included breakfast was surprisingly impressive that we enjoyed. The only improvement point was when arriving, the room was heavily sprayed with a room freshener that couldn't dissipate since windows couldn't be opened. For an overnight near Clifton Falls it was a pretty decent experience.

The last time we stayed here was about 7-8 years ago and that stay was not the greatest but we had an average to good stay here during Sept 3-4th 2025. Rooms were renovated and were cleaned nicely and the breakfast and attendants at breakfast were great! Staff truly make this place work. Bathroom products were of good eco friendly quality and towels were in good shape. Wifi was steady and location to Clifton Hill, Niagara Casino and our favourite restaurant Remington's were easy walking distance of less than 300 metres or so. Downhill walk to Bird Kingdom and Hershey store, falls, etc. Free parking was a nice perk! Only issue I had was that our 4th floor stay once you get out of the elevator it smells like SULFUR... so this was unpleasant walking through. I did not complain to front desk since our stay was just one night and our actual roomdid not smell like this. This to me was stange that the 4th floor smelled like this since the 1st floor with the chlorine pool had a faint smell of chlorine only. If the hallway and the one elevator without the glass window did not smell like sulfur, I would easily given a 4-4.5 for our stay.
